Sadly, what could potentially be the crown jewel in Austin's disc scene, because of it's central location and accessibility, is like the red-headed step child of metro-green spaces. Erosion here is terrible along Shoal Creek.
I believe this course is slated to be taken out soon. It is memorialized on a tournament stamp disc from COTO by what is arguably its most distinctive view that frames the Northwest edifice of the capitol building.

Used to be a fun course to play downtown with water, elevation changes and short ace runs. Unfortunately, the course was removed over a year ago and is no longer in place.
