Looking at the five year plan for the park I noticed they have 'undeveloped' land elsewhere in their township. It isn't out of the question to get more disc golf in Oshtemo. Getting residents and non-residents active and positively influential in Oshtemo would be the best approach even if it doesn't mean we are getting more disc golf. There are current issues with the course already. Constant input at their meetings whether they want to hear it or not would be something we all could do to benefit the course.

Actually there was a trustee (I'm not sure if he still in office) who plays disc golf. Showing up to meetings does make a huge difference. The big problem was the lack of disc golf mentioned in a survey that was sent to residents and the lack of disc golfers attending meetings especially when needed. I don't think it's that people don't give a **** about disc golf. But in reality, how many people do you know that aren't into it, don't do it, and actually care about it? And, don't forget about how the park is funded. Pretty sure it is a township park, paid by the taxes of the township residents. How many of those are disc golfers? It sounds like the trustees could give a shit about discgolf despite how many show up to the meeting. We need to actually get some disc golfers as trustees or they are going to keep wasting money on shit people will never use. It's going to be funny to see empty basketball and tennis courts with a parking lot full of people disc golfing.

That six under from the longs is pushing near record.. I've see a six under when the limberjack open was still part of the tour. I beleive mike the worm young shot a hot round outt their. It was 6 or 8 under can't remember.

Pfizer is shipping supply's to the troops over seas and I am a disc golfer trying to send some discs. Just trying to find new or gently used ones for the men and woman that enjoy playing as much as we do. We will be having a glow round tomorrow night after league. The cost is $5/person and we will be playing best shot doubles. The course will be lit up with glow sticks, so be there!
