Long and challenging with two layouts, one being the longest in WMass. To review the center as a whole: any person who gives the NEDGC a 'D' to counter other votes, is grading out of personal pettiness and quite frankly is a clown, so allow me to give a counter perspective. This place is the epicenter of disc golf in WMass and well worth the $10 of play, or $100 membership and here's why: You have UNLIMITED rounds on two private, vastly different, ever evolving, well maintained, 12,000+ ft of pr ...

A short but deceptively challenging course. I find it hard not to play back to back rounds.

The Spoonwood Ridge course is a classic New Englands woods course. With numerous Par 4s and Par 5s make for a unique and demanding round of golf. The Red tees will challenge rec players, and the white tees are a test for advanced players, though the pros can shred it on a good day. Also on the property is the more forgiving par 3 Calico Creek, a treasure for rec players. May not have the amenities of a Maple Hill (yet), but make no mistake, this property is a disc golfer's dream and well worth the $10/round. I'm lucky enough to be local and have a season's pass.

Without a doubt one of the best courses in Western MA. The championship tees are about 700 feet short of being the same distance as the gold tees at Maple Hill. The tee boxes are well kept, signage for each hole is very accurate. This is a fun wooded course with elevation changes. It also has small streams that boarder several holes on both courses. Contrary to Andrew O's comment this course has a bathroom in season when the course is officially open to the public, the check-in shed se ...

Pros: Tee pads; navigation; elevation changes; baskets
Cons: Only 1 long walk in between holes (9 to 10), that was my only gripe. Super course, will be back here for sure.

The course needs some break in time but is really clean for it's age. Layout is challenging and tests your ability to choose the right disc and shot to score well. Worth the trip.

Heavily-wooded, challenging course. Some of the holes are played blind so navigating them for the first time can be difficult. The longer white layout plays par at around a 930 rating and the the shorter red layout plays par at around a 900 rating. Constantly getting improved upon and the staff here is great.

One of my favorite courses to play as a casual player. Mostly wooded with some field holes as well as two layouts. The longer red layout plays par at around an 860 rating while the shorter green layout shoots roughly 775 for par. Highly recommended to bring newer players here. Some of these reviews claiming no permanent signage or no pro shops are just straight up lies. They have wooden, painted signs for every single hole on both courses for both layouts. There's two shed structures on ...

Incredible property with so much to offer. Family friendly with 3 different courses, each courses has multiple layouts. Pro shop is open on the weekends and some weekdays and the staff is great. NEDGC is probably the most underrated disc golf park in New England.

The best beginner / rec course I’ve ever played. True New England woods golf but with shorter holes. Red or Green tees for different skill levels

Pros: Tee pads, navigation
Cons: Short, fairly open fairways but not sure this is a real "con". Beginner's course.

This review is for both, as both courses are at the same site. I've been playing all over for 20 years, and the reviews are completely padded. This course charges $10 per person, yet is still young and raw, has dangerous astroturf pads, no permanent signage, no physical scorecards, no amenities, no facilities, no special/unique features (ponds)no pro shop... The D rating is to offset the padding, it's really a C+/B-. The course is in no way worth $10 per person. Pie in the sky lofty aspirat ...
