Short course, but some varying types of shots. Some open, and some wooded. Concrete pads and nice tee signs. Very nice scenery with the lake nearby but not in play.

It’s a good short course. Some shots are more challenging than they need to be, from a beginner’s perspective. Fun none the less.

9-hole course that's fun for a quick outing. However, it is difficult to access sometimes due to restricted parking hours on weekdays (after 5 PM you can park on the street nearby). I like the variety and challenge of this course, but there are a lot of thorns and thick rough, and I have definitely lost a couple discs here. My only other gripe is that there are 4 holes with right-to-left fairways and none that are left-to-right, making this course fairly biased towards RHBH/LHFH players.

On a trip to a concert in Raleigh, I was able to get in a quick round of disc golf. Several locals have asked me why I chose this course rather than a different one in Raleigh and the answer is simple. I was only in Raleigh for one full day, and two half days. I only wanted to play a short 9 hole course and this one seemed to be rather short from a quick search online. So that's how I landed myself at this course.
