I love this course! Better bring the big guns thou. Just about every type of shot from straight, to hyzer, to anhyzer. If you play it don't be on a time crunch, it takes some time.

This course will make you throw every shot in your bag, offers a great challenge, and has a variety of different shots. In order to shoot well, you must be on your A game. A good mix of open holes and tighter technical holes, and a great mix of length as well. This course is what disc golf is all about.

Great course. Gonna be much harder from longs. A whole lotta hills. Elevation changes are frequent so prepare for some hiking. Easy to find your way around with signage to help you along the way. Fun fo sho, will play again! CHAAAAAAAAA!

Great design of wooded and open holes with elevation throughout. Nice next tee paths. Signage could be better although there are next hole directional signs. Tall grass in the rough poses a challenge in the summer months. No water hazards with the exception of a deep puddle before a basket on one of the holes. New baskets being installed. Well maintained. Park entrance fee unless playing late fall through early spring. 2 different parking lots for the courses.

Great course...grass cut..new cement teepads...awesome course...first time played here and absolutely loved it.

It is on the more difficult side. Hole 1 is about the only easy hole. The rest are all shots you must place and place at a good distance away. It is quite a hike which is what makes it fun. Bring a buddy and some long pants because if you get off the fairway you are into some high grass. Great elevation good balance of holes to the left and holes to the right.

A very physically demanding course! Very hilly, you will get your exercise for sure when you play this course! Just like it's sister the north course has excellent teepads which are in excellent condition, very nice and descriptive teesigns, benches on the long pads and some short pads. Most holes have dual teepads, baskets are a little older but in great shape and a couple years ago inner chains were added to the baskets. This course is more technical than the North course, beware of the mordor!( ...

on hole 11 shooting down the hill onto the platform, there should be a rope to help support footing. It is very muddy and slipping is a common hazard and could hurt someone.

Love both of these courses. Both longs and shorts so you have an opportunity to play 72 holes if you have the stamina. There are a few holes that share the same tee pad. I'm shocked that this course is only rated number 22 in Michigan. I would be surprised to play 10 that I considered better.

Beautiful course with a good balance of technical shots and bombing open shots. Very excited to play once the tees are finished.

Love this beautiful course, very well maintained. Not as physically demanding as it's sister course the South Course but still very challenging. A mixture of open field shots, narrow fairways, wooded fairways. Holes 9 the "Mini Mordor" as I would called it is a very intimidating hole. Hole 8 has a little wooden wall complete with a bench to sit on. The only water hole is hole 7 a small pond right in front of the basket. Also a mixture of right to lefts and left to rights. Hole 18 the signat ...

Wind flags would be very helpful for tee shots from the longs. Especially the tunnel shots into open field.

The course is a great challenge. Lots of elevation change. They did a really nice job of using the property. Beware on wet days the course can be a bit precarious. Well groomed, cement pads are nice, nice signs on long pads. Take a picture of the layout on 1 before you take off to keep you on track between holes.

Great course with a good mix of everything... elevation, tight wooded holes, a few shorter deuce holes, lots of long holes, and open (with great "shape" to the hole). They are taking great care of the course as well... well mowed, trash cans, tee pads. Very impressed with the condition. Great work guys!

Really fun course. Some of the shorts are too short. Kinda confusing at times on where the next tees are. Played both courses today and had an amazing time. Can't wait to go back!

This is a really tough course, even from the short pads...lots of uphill shots. Beats the crap out of you when you play two rounds in a day on this course. It's very beautiful. Wind comes into play almost always.

Wonderful course; should have played the reds. My fun level was pretty close to my score. Both were really high. Wonderful pay to play course.

I gave this course a D grade when I played it in May 2015, before the AM Worlds tournament, the course was in rough shape. I saw it at Worlds and it was much improved. So I am giving it an updated rating.

Very tough! But I like it! Very hilly and tight fairways! If you are out of shape, don't play here. Rough is 5 feet high, loves to eat discs and small children. This course can humble you physically, emotionally, spiritually, and mentally. Well worth the pay to play.

This is also a good course, I prefer the north course but this one is great too. More wooded than the north but still requires far shots at times. The maintenance is great on both courses. A top tier course that needs more sanctioned events!

This course is a hidden disc golf gem! Lot's of diversity and challenging holes. The course is beautifully maintained, and really challenges your disc golf game. If you're a newer player, the short tees are a great challenge, and the rough is nicely maintained with paths mowed throughout in order to help make finding discs a bit more simple. If you are a seasoned disc golfer, you'll find this course to be a treat, testing your distance as well as your touch. I recommend you try this course and rate it for yourself.

This course is in outstanding shape, well taken care of and has beautiful hole designs.. perfect tee pads, and nice signs at every one. The Downside is that it's far too long! I'm a beginner, the length is extremely tough!

A wide variety of hole types, with some longer holes. More challenging than north.
+0 votes Robert Jaseph › Original course › November 12, 2023
The more challenging of the three courses on the complex. Plenty of elevation, wooded and open shots. The parks has moved mountains and added paths and steps and retaining walls this year and it has definitely elevated the course to a new standard.

Awesome course for players of any level. Maintained very well. Offers a variety of shots - wooded, open. Lots of walking but highly recommend.

Awesome course. Long and challenging. Just needs cement pads and would be even better.
+0 votes Brian Hunt › North course › September 19, 2011
This is a great course. It's a good mix of long wide open holes and shorter woods holes. Keep an eye on your disc if you miss the fairway. The bigger holes have deep weeds. Add cement teepads to this course and it will be an A.

A fun course, that really lets you open up on your drives, and a great compliment to the original Meyer Broadway course. There are some shorter technical holes as well to add a bit of variety. Many of the open holes are reachable if you have a big arm, however, and the shorter, more technical shots can be tight, but are fair. Another great course that will force you to throw just about every shot in the bag to shoot well.

Half of the course is in open fields the other half is through the woods. This course is very long and technical. If you throw a bad shot be prepared to look in the tall grass. But other than that this course is a fun course to challenge your friends and prove who the best disc golfer is.

Good times for sure. Met some nice folks was wowed with the level of upkeep.

Love this course! Played after Am Worlds. Course is in great shape and we'll maintained. Love the teepads long and short, elevation, and variety of shots. World caliber, you won't be disappointed.

Highly recommend. I have never enjoyed a course as much as this one. Clean cut fairways, with descriptive maps at each tee pad. Walks between holes are made simple with arrows to both short and long tee pads.

One of the best courses you can play, it is a hidden gem of Southwest Michigan. This course is well maintained. It has beautiful scenery. Rolling hills, woods, uphill down hill long and short holes. Two tee-pads on each hole, long and short. There is practically 4 different courses here.
I recommend the north course over the south course for almost everyone, especially begginers . I enjoy it more overall.

Great Course! Whether you're playing the longs or the shorts, you're in for a treat. The rough has nice pathways through it that makes finding errantly tossed discs much easier to find. Great mix of wooded, open, long, and short holes.

This is my favorite course in Michigan! Long, but still beginner friendly. Really hard to find a better course without driving hours in my opinion.

Pairs very well with the South course. A lot of open shots, a few wooded shots - great for players of any level. Lots of walking to do but worth it.

Played this for Worlds 2015. PAR 60 with six par four holes.... they called this the south course and even though it has a lower par it seemed quite a bit harder than the north course. More in the woods, a few that were crazy elevation and tight lines. It was a hot day, and this course was my highest score of all of the courses I played at Worlds.

The course design is an interestingly hard course, but the horribly kept grounds make it harder and also hard to find your disc when you go into the rough.

+Great mix of wooded and long holes, A few cool elevation holes, worth playing.

Played this for Worlds 2015. PAR 62 with eight par four holes, 6334 feet. A couple in the woods, lots of wide open in th 400 - 500 range. A good mix, well groomed course very beautiful. In my opinion quite a bit easier than the South course.
-1 votes Austin McCollum › North course › October 5, 2010
Again this course is long and can pose a challenge, but it again has extremely rough rough's. Which makes this course no fun to play cause it is way to easy to lose your discs.
-1 votes Kyle Roberson › North course › August 15, 2015
Well cut and trimmed easy to find the next hole...baskets should be like the first course though...
-1 votes Tim L › North course › September 8, 2015
North course is great...nice variety of holes. Cement pads on both longs and shorts now. Chainstars are the best baskets. Nice place to take your dog as well, and they have a wonderful dog park between the north course and original course. This course is beautiful and much better maintained than the original course.
-1 votes Zach Hostetler › North course › April 27, 2016
Found this to be a little easier than the Original course. Both are beautiful and well maintained. Where this course is a little easier, the Original is a little "neater".
-2 votes Josh Stover Meints › Original course › March 18, 2012
Smelled like garbage every now and then (it's across the street from a landfill).
-4 votes Tim L › Original course › September 8, 2015
This course has several holes where a spotter is a really good idea. Stay on the fairways, or there is a high likelihood of losing discs. Old school Discatchers...yuck. It's pretty, but unforgiving if you're not on point with your drives. Lots of briars off the fairways.
-6 votes Alex Grimes › Original course › April 27, 2022
This course is in really bad shape. The old holes are very overdue for trimming and the new holes are only half done and seem to be trying way to hard to be difficult. I am hoping a lot of work gets done before worlds.
-6 votes john jeff carter › Original course › October 4, 2011
this course is very hard the course has alot of ways to lose a disc and alot of thorn bushes!!!when trying to find those discs there are alot of blind drives and farways are tight but fare! you will lose alot of disc in rough and spend alot of time finding them if you have that time 18 on this couse takes all of 2to 3 hrs wow you will spend alot of time getting to the next tees i would not put beginners on this course they would quite disc golf after a round.

The rough on this course, and the tall grass everywhere, makes this course so lowrated. ..
