I am partial to this course, yes, because I helped install it and it is 7 minutes from my home. But. It really is amazing how far it has come in 7 years. To see it grow from nothing. Concrete tee pads are nearly complete (3 left at the time of this writing). The fairways have opened up and are well maintained by a great group of local volunteers. Winter has eliminated a lot of tall grass and low-hanging foliage. The course is very well laid out, with a great mix of uphill/downhill shots, tunnels, and fields. Off-fairway shots are difficult with a lot of young trees. Great fun!

Beautiful property, a number of holes run along a river. Great elevation changes and challenging up-hill drives. After battling through the woods, opens up for the final (3) holes. Play for par and you are having a good day. Nice to have a local course that I can count on to humble me, every time.
