I had a blast out at the DDGA tourney last weekend. I was talking with some of the Leverich crew & I didnt realize that so many of you guys play the ABDG tags, I never see any bagtag updates or scores posted for them.. I am honored!
You can always post your scores or tag updates here: http://www.discgolfscene.com/leagues/Bag_Tag_Challenge_2k10
REMEMBER: My tags are not trophies, play them often! Unless your practicing for a tourney there should be no excuse as to why your tag is not in 100 ... more

You know, I did see an osprey on 10 last week...crows were chasing it off. I never made the association until you said something Steve, thanks! Kinda cool to see nature in action in the middle of the city.

Ronin, don't be too suprised. I have seen Salmon in that creek in the fall. I've also seen the Osprey take fish out of the creek while golfing there. While the creek definitely has issues the city and state are working hard to restore it.

So, I was discin the other day with Big Shawn, Stylez, and a few others, and this kid, maybe 12 years old comes riding up to us on 6's pad and he's holding a 12 inch rainbow trout. He just caught it right by 2's basket in the creek. WTF?!?!? The first question that was asked was..."shouldn't you be in school?" I hope the kid isn't eating the fish he's catching down there. He said he's caught salmon, trout, and bass out of Burnt Bridge Creek...I believe him on the trout, now, but the others...notsomuch.

Paul Rush    September 24, 2011 at 12:15pm

It's kind of hard to make a new layout at a course which has at least 2 pin positions for every hole. The course is very straight forward, and with not a lot of open surrounding land, it makes it hard to create new pin positions. If we were allowed to move the course to a different park with more land, then more pin positions would be easily accessible. Granted this park is easily accessible to a lot of people, if we (the devoted disc golf community) were allowed to move to another park clo ... more
