The City of Keizer ordered the re-placement basket for the stolen Hole 9 basket. PacWest at http://www.discgolfscene.com/clubs/Pac-West_Disc_Golf_Alliance provided the city with $200 towards the replacement.
Thanks for your help and all those who gave toward the replacement of the stolen basket:

Holes 5 and 7 Baskets had been vandalized by someone trying to pull them out of the ground. Concrete and all. Baskets have been re-anchored with additional 80lbs of concrete...
Thanks for stepping up and getting this handled quickly. Course is in need of much maintenance and easy to lose discs without spotters. Poisen oak and stinging nettles just to add to the fun?? Lets gather the troops and make a plan and get it done.
Hey if you guys want to plan a day my buddy and I will love to come help we play Keizer almost weekly just let me know.

Update: Keizer Rapids DGC.
The City of Keizer condemned Hole 18 for safety reasons. Keizer Parks volunteers cut out a new fairway to make a new longer Hole 17 and lengthened old 17 to make a new Hole 18. New concrete pads were donated by PacWest DGA. The new Hole 17 is behind 16’s basket location about 150 feet white stakes mark the trail. Old concrete pad on 18 will be removed.

I pulled a 4ft pile of poison oak from the long position. But keep in mind the brush around the basket will play OB... Just easier to get your disc out of a bad shot with the poison oak gone. Markers and new T signs for the course are on the way this spring. Also thanks to Keizer Police cameras will be installed at random locations to catch vandalism that has been happening to baskets and temp signage. Here is a pick of that pile of poison oak... http://www.discgolfscene.com/profile/20885/pictures/album_7723/187440#187440

Good Job Jason, I've been up at Canyonview today working on that course. I didn't get to make a pile like you did but did get a new trail cut thru virgin hillside brush from tee on top down to basket location. To bad a disc course needs cameras installed, sad to say but see how long they last. Some people today got no class and not much to offer

A lot of work has happened on the course in the last couple of weeks. Mowing, weed eating, more tee signs, all the concrete tee pads are in, more alt basket locations. You all better check out the course before the tourney.

For those who play Keizer course after today, they should put out a big thanks to the small group that showed for work party today for begining to get course in shape. Thanks to Shane (I believe) from city for his extra efforts using big rig for mowing and clearing fairways last night. Also big thanks to Jason, Chris M, Chris W, Parker, myself, and a new person (sorry forgot name) for efforts today. Sorry if I missed anyone.
Still have plenty of work to do and would be easier with more parti ...

Only 3 tee pads left and Keizer Rapids will have a full 18 tee pads!
I am planning on pouring 17-18 at Keizer Rapids tomorrow morning. I will be picking up the barrel of concrete at 7:30am and ready for help from 8am untill we are done (11am-Noon).
If enough people show up we will clear the new location for hole 7 and pour it also. That will put a wrap on the concrete tee pad portion of the project!
The next steps are to have a survey of the course layout for mapping and signage, clearing of debris in fairway (chipper).
