First round @ Indian Creek. Course was good! It favored the hyzer shot on several of the front 9 holes but still required a good shot. Back 9 was a hike. But w/ fun shots.

This is one of my favorite courses right now. Mainly because it is extremely challenging. This course has it all. You will need every shot in the bag to shoot good on this course. It is one of those courses that will make you a better player if you play it frequently.

Good course with very tight technical shots required on front nine. Will be better to play in the winter as the cold will take care of the long grass and all the frickin SPIDERS! Just about drove me crazy walking into webs every ten feet. Also the directions on this site are alittle off. Once you are on 278 turn right onto centennial rd which actually isnt marked but is the street before indian creek trail which actually leads into a neighborhood. Once you turn right onto centennial about a half mile up turn left onto Fears rd. Park is on the left.

This is one of the most visually nice courses I have played. It is nestled off the I-20 a nice facility. A lot of Elevation changes, BE PREPARED to throw and walk up some hills.....good exercise....WATCH OUT for Holes in the ground, do not look UP when the PINE NEEDLES are falling, watch out for lots of spiders and webs, very sneaky....course is very beautiful right now. For hole seven I think there is a large tree limb down by the PRO box and the tee is towards the fence/road with a sharp right....from the AM Box straight shot...

Great course! Love the evaluation change! Came on a day after several rainy days so the front nine was a bit muddy. Course is really well kept. Bathroom facilities are such down in the winter. Tight fairways but forgiving if you get in the rough, except for 15 which has thrones (ouch!) Gave it a B+ because of the bathrooms and a few of the signs were down and the signs don't have a hole layout on it (no big but some the holes were blind holes and I didn't know exactly where to throw for a few). A real treat if you going down I-20!

Great facilities, especially for a rural park. 2 sets of concrete teepads on about half the holes. OB creek or fence comes into play on 3 holes. Lots of varying terrain to account for and hike. Discatcher Pros are in great shape. There is room in the park to expand into a longer layout in the future, more deserving of "gold-level" course status. The briers just off the fairways on 10, 15, and 16 need to be cut and burned away, they are like razor wire even in the winter.

First things first. The elevation change is real. Reminds me of Lula. Other might opt not to play this course because of the thorns, but the good part is that you just have to stay on the fairway, easy said. Thorn are only deadly on a few holes. Other holes are great, I like the shot selection that is required. All in All a nice course to take a throw at.

Very good conditions now. Improvements were made for a recent tournament that put this in great shape. Hope they continue with the maintenance.
