Like Golf cart you can ride in usable? OH NO! mostly trails that go from hole to hole.

If you are referring to a cart for your discs like many other use, i would say yes but there may be a few tight spots. There is a lot of elevation so that may also be tricky going up and downhill.

I leave my cart at home. You might try a bag on your practice round, then judge for yourself.

Played a couple of tourneys now using my Ridge Roller & the only issue is getting to the top of the hill that leads to hole #11.

Comparatively flip is much friendlier for carts than Whiskey is. If you're use to dragging one around you probably won't have too much of a struggle other than the climb to 11, which you have to do twice.

You need to hit up Bill McKenzie. You will pay to camp out. I think its $20 a night or day and the next day. Ask him to see if they have spots and he will tell you, go meet him at his house introduce yourself and say hey I am the person who contacted you about camping out here Friday night to throw a round Saturday. He is pretty cool but you definitely need to get ahold of him before hand

It is $10 per person to camp there and Bill's phone connection is a bit sketchy due to the location. When I spoke with him yesterday for my own personal future camping in September he asked me to text him.

On dgcoursereview, it states that the park closes 1 1/2 hours before dusk. Does that mean if I tee of 1 1/2 hours before dusk, I'm good to go, and will likely finish right before it's dark, or does that mean, I have to be done playing and off the course 1 1/2 hours before dusk?

Bill McKenzie is a really cool guy and usually available since he lives there. Just talk to him. I was there last weekend and played all 24 holes til I could barely see my discs and he just chilled out waiting for me on the last hole. His phone number should be listed on Flip City's page. I called him, and he said it was totally cool if I start at 7. Played all 24 solo, and got done at 830 with plenty of light, and there were still a couple groups behind me.

Sometimes you can get enough of a signal on the driveway by 1s fairway. No LTE or 3G data at all

Was just there a couple of weeks ago & it was gorgeous & beautiful. Slight winds would take our disc in different directions but other than the wind it was a good time & worth the $3 to play all 24 of them holes & never lost a disc!

This weekend would be your best bet to come to flip, next weekend there's a tourney which will be closed to the public. I'd recommend checking out whisky hills it's about 20 mins away from flip and it's worth the drive

I was there this weekend and the course is definitely worth traveling (3 hours for me). Be sure to have plenty of bug spray because they are enormous out there and swarm.

Is this place usually packed with players? My buddies and I want to come out and camp and play there but we are worried that it will be so packed that it'll take a long time to get through all the holes.

You'll be good - usually not packed at all and can get a round in with ease, unless it's league nights which I believe are Wednesdays

League nights are Wednesdays. Be sure to check for tournaments too. You will also need Bill's approval to camp if you are planning on camping at the course.

Just played there last Sunday & ran into the owner & he said about 100 people went through there that day & it wasn't crowded but there was a lot of traffic! So worth it to play there, it really is a special place. Good luck!

we played flip and bronstem park one day the masson county witch is beauty,beast,goliyth in one day was not bad at all and we where able to find a camp ground for under 30a night with pool.showers it was a great time

add flip city on facebook if you have it..he posts all that info regularly on there..not so much on here..so to hear about that..Lucky for you there are a bunch of other great courses not far away north, south or east of flip city
