with all the great courses in the rochester area, its sweet to have Ellison as the "elevation course". the big bomb holes from the top of the hill are super fun and feel more like a ski hill course than a public park! although its fairly wide open, the trees in the course are placed in perfect spots, so its not just a driving range.

Loved the course. Has short holes, long holes, hills, big trees. Worth making a trip to play.

Great elevation, variety of distances, and no water hazards. Few tight holes, and lots of criss-crossing.

One of my favorites. A good combo of open and wooded shots. They take the baskets out during the winter though.

Best course in Rochester for casuals. Big elevation changes, memorable shots, and relevant but not abnormal difficulty

Rochester NY's original championship DG course. You traverse a very steep hill as you move through the course, and it provides a mix of open & wooded holes with plenty of elevation changes. Well worth the time if you are in the area.

Well cared for public park. Nice elevation changes. Not too many chances to lose discs in thick brush.

A beautiful course on the side of a hill. A few wooded holes, but generally an open course that challenges you with elevation changes.
Note: the pictures are quite old. The holes have been changed twice since then.
