Dog Island

Good course. Front half is mostly lace shots with the back half being mostly mini-bombers. Only downside I've seen, and it's of no fault of the golfers, is the amount of homeless camped around there. Of the four times I've played this course, 2 have involved an argument with homeless people who thought they owned the park and one involved a homeless man pursuing a homeless women with a pump action BB gun and the cops had to get involved.

The course is one of my regulars when in the area. It's usually pretty quiet about 45 minutes alone.right on the river pretty short. No real distance shots.

This is a great course. It's the one I started playing on. Front 9 are mostly obstacle shots with the back 9 mostly distance shots. Great for a solid 18 rounds. Tournaments every Tuesday and Sunday morning. $5 buy in with an ace pot that caps out at $200.
