The new pin positions are really great, thanks Greg, Adam, Scott and all others involved. Once the last few blue tees are poured would love to see the pros tackle this one. #1 course in Ohio for a reason

Another gret course im going to have to back out there and play again!

Ryan Brahler   July 3, 2016 at 1:42pm

Chip F and I played the new pin positions for the first time yesterday and I must say kudos to all involved. Nothing like a new challenge to test you! I think every hole with the exception of 17 was in a different position.

Greg Marsh   July 6, 2016 at 5:22pm

Ya, plan is to make 17 elevated as an alternate.

Greg Marsh    June 27, 2016 at 5:31am

Went back and finished clearing and pruning 16,13,14 & 15.
PLAY...ENJOY, and BREAK 'EM IN!

Clearing is done around the alternate holes 2,3,&10.
I did some on 12,13 but more is needed. If any locals have a mower or gas weed eater and are feeling jumpy, 12 , 13, 14 & 15 are priority. The remaining holes either need nothing or player traffic will take care of them.

Thanks to Scott Whidden, the baskets at Deis are now in the new alternate positions for the first time!
Clearing around these new spots still needs done, but Now is the time to pre-play them as the "Identity Crisis Open" is on July 9th! ( see details in the tournament section )
It will be 2 rounds with half of the holes in the original spots and half in the new for the first round, and then ALL will be "swapped" to the opposite spot for round two.

Greg Marsh   June 26, 2016 at 9:27pm

Ya, didn't realize whe I posted this that Scott had helped.

Greg Marsh   June 26, 2016 at 9:28pm

THANKS SCOTT, SCOTT H. , And LISA!

Long overdue Mandatory signs are now in place on holes #11,( all tees) & 17 ( white & red tees) as well as O.B. Defining signs for holes #1 and #2 ( for blue tee shot). Still need to make and post a few more for #17 ( blue tee) and #18 ( blue tee).
These Mandos eliminate crossing fairway shots as well as force these holes to be play as they were designed.
Ignore them in casual rounds if you like, but they will be in play in leagues and tournaments!
ENJOY and RESPECT THE COURSE!

Lost a pink champ wraith on the slope to the left of 16's fairway.

Greg Marsh   June 27, 2015 at 9:34am

How far up the fairway?

Andrew Dunaway   June 27, 2015 at 12:30pm

I wanna say it went in about 30 feet before the basket. Could have fought through and made it pretty far down the hill. Spent a half hour or so looking for it before it got too dark

Scott Horrisberger    June 23, 2015 at 7:02am

Lost a yellow innova cheeta trying a roller on 2 (to right)... name and number on back. Brother-in-law lost white wraith in the poison ivy on 11, name and number on back.

Nick Burgess   June 23, 2015 at 9:31am

A little more specific than the poison ivy on 11its everywhere lol... Ill be there tonight for doubles just let me know..

Scott Horrisberger   June 23, 2015 at 6:07pm

Thenks Nick, Cheeta was a blazer on the ground to the right side at the break of the hill, cant believe it was very deep but I couldn't find it. Wraith was on right on 11 past maple in the fairway could be deep before stump in the woods, but though it was past the stump in the poison ivy, not much to go on.

Tristan wilson   June 23, 2015 at 10:31pm

I have the cheetah

Greg Marsh    June 22, 2015 at 5:17am

My son lost a Purple Blizzard Ape to the left of the red tee. My name and number should be on it.
