Very hilly, up and down course. Fun but tiring, first hole is always a fun way to start the round. Mostly elevation changes and a few trees come into play.

The Badlands portion at Camenisch is the longer, more open 18 holes. It can be a bit tricky to follow at time, especially if you aren't familiar with the different hole locations. Some holes like 5 and 6 can play quite a bit different depending on hole location. It offers some good elevation changes, and a pond that comes into play on two holes. The course can vary from pretty long to reasonably short depending on where what position the basket is in. All and all, good use of the land. Would be nice to see new signs, but other than that, it's a solid course!

Sweet elevation and distances. Challenging yet beatable course.

Super fun elevation changes. Pretty big pond that comes into play on a few. Wind was a factor. A lot of longer holes compared to other course in the park.

Nice long course with unjulation and a nice set of woods runing thru middle of course. Sweet pro tee pad with big drive over the lake!

I never like when courses are in busy parks, but this course did it well. a bit confusing for newcomers, but very fun. I'll definitely be coming back to this one.

Some cool elevation play, and a couple somewhat scenic holes, but the signage was absolutely horrible. Played some safari golf haha. Overall decent time.

So far my favorite course in Colorado. That will probably change when I get into the mountain courses though. The Blair Witch holes are a nice change from all the wide open courses elsewhere along the front range. Navigation would be difficult without a local guide. I threw out the wrong pin once or twice even with a guide. All in all lots of different looks here and I like it.

Awesome course! Loved the Blair Witch course WITHIN the Badlands. Played during the dry season so the water hazards were dried up for the most part. There is a pond that you throw over. Played a pick up round with 3 guys and had an great time.

I enjoy the back and forth nature of this course. There are a variety of different hole lengths which I enjoy.

The best course in all of Denver right here. Badlands is named accurately and if you are a beginner then you will find out why. Lake shots, downhill shots, uphill shots, shots with great views of DIA, a whole other course that starts at 13, I could go on about how much I love this course but I wont. Find out for your damn self.

This course is pretty nice because it is in a well kept park, has concrete tee pads, and practice baskets. The layout is pretty well thought out and somewhat challenging, with some signature holes and difficult shots with trees or water in play. There is a lot of elevation change as well. The only problem with the course was the tee signs and finding the next hole. Many of the tee signs are unreadable and the distances weren't always clear or accurate. A few of the tee pads were cracked or warped from the weather as well. Otherwise, this was a good course and I hope to come back soon.

Still tough with no leaves, first 4 holes are real rough. After that opens up. Not a particularly attractive course.

Assets - Challenging course, lots of elevation changes, and a lot of longer holes.
Liabilities - An older course that could use some maintenance (tee signs are abysmal, and tee pads are slanted), challenging course, and hazards can result in lost discs.
Recommended - I'd recommend this course to people looking for a challenge, and not for beginners. It can lead to a round of frustrations as opposed to a round of fun.

Complete 180 from the original 18 part of the course. Nicely wooded and challenging. Lots of birdie opportunites but also a fair amount of opportunities for errors.

tight and keeps ya honest... needs better tee pads...the pads are starting to canoe...better tee signs would be nice also

The Blair Witch portion at Camenisch is the shorter, narrower 9 holes. You can opt to play these additional 9 holes after you finish hole 12 at Badlands. Most of the holes force you throw an extremely accurate drive through tight openings, with the exception of 4, which plays over and around a giant sand hill. This course can also be a bit tricky to follow at times especially since it's all un-marked. When you finish on 9 (which has a hanging basket) you can pick up where you left off at Badla ...

Sweet 9-holer located in heavy woods, that is short and technical. Not very well marked and tee pads dirt. B rating was generous because of the poor markings and pads;the layout and thick foilage make it fun and gave postives for course rating.

Awesome nine hole course WITHIN the 18 hole Badlands course. Had a lot of fun on this one.

This is a really fun back woods bit with lots of hunting for discs and playing in creeks. It can get pretty busy on a weekend, so be prepared to wait.

How many discs have you lost on the first hole? LOL
