I'm a fan of this course. The owners are always easy going and happy to chat. Every time that I play here it gives me the feeling that I need to work on my accuracy. The course is open enough but I swear the disc manufacturers put tree magnets in my discs whenever I play here. Overall a great course with short distance but a focus on accuracy.

Love this course. Very challenging wooded course with elevation throughout. Lots of trees so don't get discouraged. Here is a great place to work on placement, accuracy and increasing your range of throws. Trash cans and butt cans at every hole. $6 all day. Will play here often.

BSR is home to one of the best course owners in the state. I started playing here shortly after picking up the game and I was instantly impressed with how engaged and friendly all of the people who either work or play here on a regular basis are.

There are two 18 hole courses that will teach newer players the importance of accuracy and challenge players of all skill levels. They also have an ever growing Pro Shop that has a large selection of discs (6 or more manufacturers), minis, Grip bags, Zuca carts and apparel. Highly recommend giving this a try if you haven't played it yet!

Update: This has become my happy place. The main course has had a tremendous amount of work done by the owners and player volunteers. There are some alternate layouts now for the original course, and the pro course is beast of its own. The owner, Bill, is a leader in the ME DG scene, and has rallied a tremendous amount of support. This course is now home to 2 NEFA WTC teams, an A-team and a play-in pool team. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ...

Pros: Pro shop & Port-A-Potty's on site; large parking lot; cement tee pads; decent tee signs.
Cons: Navigation is sketchy (needs more arrows to the next holes); short beginner course; a little run down.

This course has been home for me for the last 10+ years. I cannot speak good enough of the course, the owners / staff and the people that make up the community. Plus it's home to BSR Bob...what's not to love?!?

BSR is one of the top courses in ME. Both layouts allow for maximum enjoyment. Numerous tourneys and leagues satisfy the competitive nature.
Top notch pro shop and warm up area along with strong DG community make this one of the best.
