School and recreation center course that must hold the record for the number of fences in the park. The park, ball fields and tennis court fences along with multiple buildings are dangerous hazards but also challenging to avoid. The ball fields are locked, so you’ll have to scale a tall fence for disc retrieval. The baskets are placed near these obstacles. So if you want to throw over, around, along side, and in between fences and buildings, this is the ideal course for you!

Not placed very well, but fencing and other obstacles make decent challenges. Don't go during weekdays during school season since it will be filled with kids in an afterschool program. haha

We only have 4 courses between Port Charlotte and Bonita Springs, and the North Ft Myers site is closed. So Bay Oaks is now one of three open for play. You can't play next to Elem school on school days until after 2p per park rules. After 2p on school days looks to be day care for the kiddies in the play ground where many holes traverse. Traffic is terrible during the Dec holidays, so pack a lunch and plan to spend 2 hours or more in traffic getting to Ft Myers Beach. Disc friendly course unless the kiddies steal them.

Kind of a weird course. But very enjoyable. I can see how the time you play will have a lot to do with how well you enjoy your round. But if you play when there isn't much going on at the park it's a nice little course.

Horrible, confusing, and dangerous layout around buildings and parking lots. Unless you are going to Ft Meyers Beach for the day, don't bother driving to this course. The only good thing is the beautiful little league field where you can practice drives.

Pros: + Located in the Ft Myers Beach area, Which is good if you live there, or are vacationing in the area and can't get to any of the areas better courses. + It has good baskets. + The tees are mostly grass some marked with a 4x4 board set in the ground or marked out on the pavement. + Course maps are available at the main park building. I highly advise getting one. + There is a variety of shot types, with several holes offering multiple flight paths. + The park was litter free ...

This course is challenging for inexperienced players as your disk can get into some nasty places, watch out for hole 4's fenced in and locked cages for equipment. Kind of confusing with having some holes used twice. Great Mexican food place in sea grape plaza next to library.

HORRIBLE. There’s no corse map so you have no clue where to go. Most of the holes were behind a locked fence so you can’t play them and the layout is very bad but the baskets are pretty good they are the Mach 2 baskets. I will definitely never go there again.

Umm, I have no idea what happened after about Hole 7? It's like the course just disappeared into the school grounds that surround the area. Retirees think they own the place playing pickleball so that is distracting and you have to play around them. I honestly think they should take out the course and move it to an area that could actually use it, like Labelle. If someone finds out where the rest of the course went, please let me know because I may go back.
