Open course (little shade) with well-placed obstacles (trees) on most holes. All holes are labeled as par 3, even the 916 foot 9th hole. There are occasionally multiple tees on this course, but we use the ones by the sign each time.

Signs and layout not the most intuitive. A couple of ridiculous holes (e.g. 900+ ft, par 3 hole). Great for practicing extended drives.

If disappointment had a name it would be Anderson Dean Community Park. The only good thing about the park is practicing your long-distance drives hardly any shade. Hardly any obstacles on the course to make it challenging. Just a sporadic tree here and there. A third of all the baskets were bent or leaning on an angle. Spread out over what I'm guessing is 100 acres or more of just Rolling Hills. Better be in really good shape and well-hydrated be prepared to spend the day going up and down large ...
