Shoot The Moon is a great tournament. i have played it for 4 years strait i think. i encourage all who are willing to get down there and represent Summit DGA. But i would definately like to see those who are not coming out to help out the local guys putting in their hard work.

My vote is $10, Its more than the normal scramble, but not much, I think more people will show up for $10 than $20. And if people show up t play, but don't frequent the boards, an unexpected extra $5 is a lot easier to pull out of the wallet than an extra $15.

if we do $10 and 15 rec players show up
we will pay out 100% of the money for those players = $150 to 40% of the field
1st - $45
2nd- $38
3rd - $30 this total is $154, so the club will eat the rest just to make the payout good
4th - $23
5th - $10
6th - $8

if we do $20 we can double those numbers
please respond your input is valuble

I vote $10, but only because I'm not a pro :P

the next ratings update is october 26th, it may be possible that the pdga overlooks the ratings for the recent tournaments that you have participated in, due to the fact that most tournament directors do not go through the full process of obtaining your temporary membership. you probably wont get a rating until you get a rated round as a member. your average from hudson was a 910 though which is great. definately a high rated intermediate or low level advanced. good stuff dude. ttyl

in the 900' which may put you in intermediate till your rating drops might be no more rec for you i added your 58 884 55 936 big numbers together and divided by two

BTW, I'm refering to the stats for the Turnpike challenge tounament.

Does ayone know when the tounament stats will show up on the PDGA and be applied to the ratings? How long does it normally take? I just got my PDGA # and membership processed, so i'm really curious what my initial rating will be.

That'll be up to Eric. (About picking up the CTP) We're pretty busy up until Sunday. You can register for the club at any time following the tourney on Sunday. We'll be out there all day if you can't make it for the actual round, plus we should have extras that we can bring to scrambles on a weekly basis.

I think your guys scramble format is awesome, something more clubs should look at.
"Single/Double Rounds played TBD based on the number of participants."
