Actually, you can't lick them with your helmet on. It gets in the way and you have to slide it back in order to be able to reach. Unless you have a tongue like Gene Simmons. Then that's a whole nother ball game. And.. you can't step on whipped cream.

Small events generally do not promote things, which is the point of what they are doing. Small events help players improve, bigger ones have a better chance of drawing a crowd, has the possibility of bringing an interest to bystanders who are already at the park, and gives an excuse for new people to come out. At least i think that is kind of where they're coming from.

Scott Stokely ran a doubles league as he travelled across the country back in 97'. Paid out with plastic instead of cash, but was his way of providing for himself as he travelled. Though it would be good to explain for those that weren't playing back at that time. He gave an instructional clinic along with running the doubles. Unfortunately when he was in Canton, his back was injured, so he couldn't participate, but was a lot of help in teaching others proper throwing techinques.

Doesn't make sense to me. They should do something like Stokely did and run something small and local on a weeknight, in my opinion.

I kinda thought that meant if you couldnt piggy back on a different event they would supply one? Im not sure but if we decide a date it couldnt hurt to send a request.

and they just added Knoxville to the list when the AM Championships have been scheduled in Bowling Green...not sure what they meant by the 500 mile remark.

They are in Pittsburgh the same weekend as the sanctioned Norwalk Tourney...Def within 500 miles.

I looked at it briefly, I think the issue is that there cannot be a pdga even within 500 miles on the same weekend...
"If there is not a tournament within 500 miles and not within a month of any club events, on a weekend --- we would love to add a PDGA sanctioned event to your schedule."
Just finding an available weekend will be a chore.

Not sure if anyone has seen/looked into this. http://www.pdga.com/nonstop-disc-golf-tour Its a very interesting event and if we could get it nearby that would simply be awesome.

Tyler, I think John decapua also walked the course after the tourney and didn't find a single disc. Someone grabbed them. No use fretting over it now. For everytime you think you think you are going to get a disc back and don't, there are times when you never think you will get a call and you do. Didn'tyou get a call from some guy in Florida on a beach recently with one of your disc.

I went out 9am Tuesday morning and didn't find a single disc.

To the person who found my pink star Firebird at Hudson and didn't return it even though it has my full name, pdga number, phone number and "please return" on it I just want to extend a big FUCK YOU! to you for being an asshole. I hope you have terrible karma because you suck and now you are a thief.
