Campgaw Fundraiser at Animalfest

I just got the ok from TD Cutler to do this, so here goes:

As you may know, we are trying to raise funds to buy 8 new baskets at Campgaw so we don't have to move baskets every spring and fall. It would make life easier on us and allow the Campgaw layout to be played year-round, even when Mighty Gaw is in the ground. As a fundraiser for this, I'm going to run a disc swap at Animalfest.

Here's how it will work:

Scoward says:

We need help Sunday. We have to cut up some down trees and branches, shape up the shoot to the green, and drag the wood downhill to the right out of the way. We also need to sink a sleeve for the basket. It will not be a lot of work if we get a turnout. Please come out Sunday morning and help get this done so we can have the Mighty Gaw back for the rest of the fall.

Also, in the past we have changed the Mighty back to the Campy layout around November 15th. This year, there is ... more

Campgaw's 1st Cement Tee Pad

Big thanks to Steve Wanderling for creating the first cement tee pad for Campgaw. The prototype was installed on Campgaw hole 3 and/or Mighty Gaw hole 2 long. Thanks to all those that helped install the tee pad last Sunday. It looks and plays amazing!

Campgaw One and Done Fundraiser

Great turnout today despite the weather. We had 22 players fight the rain. Scores were not great, but a good time was had by all and we raised a bunch of money for the course. Thanks to everyone who contributed, especially those who donated discs and all the stuff for the CTB. All in all we raised $455 --- Jeff Levin
