Most Lansing golfers play Grand Woods during the winter months to take advantage of the footing cement pads give... unfortunately, Sleepy Hollow uses natural pads. The pads will be clear come tournament day. Glad you liked the course!
Scott White February 15, 2010 at 6:30pm
Sleepy Hollow is buried in snow, I wouldn't even recommend trying to go play there without a 4x4 vehicle.
The course is excellent though, a great addition to Lansing area disc golf. Nice work, now get out there and clear your teepads! :)

Played Bandemer today. Blues and Reds were clear and salted. Whites were still covered.

Whoever shovels (and salts?) the Picnic Course tees prior to Saturday Dubs will receive a A2CoPS disc of their choosing. Any takers?

Woot! Way to go, BF & Doc. Hopefully that condition lasts for at least a few days.

Red teepads at the Mills are all clear, me and Doc took care of them on Wednesday, back half of hole C is still ice, but everything else is great..

I'm getting off of work a bit early today. I will make an effort to get the pads shoveled.
Scott White February 10, 2010 at 9:48pm
Anyone planning on hitting the Bandemer reds prior to leagues tonight?
Joe Wander February 10, 2010 at 9:07pm
Well, done, Chris.
Chris Gee February 10, 2010 at 7:29pm
The short tee pads at Rolling Hills has been cleared of the snow before anybody played on them. This sould make it easier to have them ready for church on Sunday. They have not been salted just shoveled as of 8 am today.
Joe Wander February 8, 2010 at 6:42pm
Sharpen up your shovels, boys. Sounds like there will be some work to do later this week on our tee pads. At least were not in Philly!
Kurt Maty February 3, 2010 at 9:19am
Firefighters Park (Troy, MI). Pads covered with thin layer of snow but not slick at all. However around the courses there is some ice on the fairways, teepad on hole one is ice.
peter kunoff February 2, 2010 at 1:25am
indy? have the pads improved or are they still somewhat slick and dangerous?
Kurt Maty February 1, 2010 at 1:52am
