The Captain of the Pirates built the first Disc Golf Course in Humboldt County in 1977 at Sequoia Park, Eureka. It was a temporary park and they played with Frisbees but it was the 70´s and that´s what they had. The Pirates built the most recent course in Hum Co this year, the back 9 at Cooper´s Gulch. Humboldt County, home of the Ganja Bowl. Humboldt County Pirates, Innovators, not Immitators. Pirate Disc Golf, more fun, more challenging!

I have looked around and always wanted a DG website focused on players and parks instead of Manufacturers, Stores, etc. Will share this site with other Disc Golfers, Like Boom!
