Oneonta Rotary Disc Golf Open, October 23rd & 24th, 2010
Saturday, October 23rd: New players clinic. Players new to the sport will be invited to learn from experienced players. 3 disc starter sets will be available for sale with the Oneonta Rotary Open Hot Stamp. We will set up as many holes as we can and have experienced players set out with groups of 2 or 3 new players to introduce them to the game. A stock of loaner discs will be available for players that do not wish to buy a starter set.

Grub & Glow Round
We'd like to thank all that came out to play Tuesday Dubs at J-Park with a BBQ and Glow round tonight at 530pm. Funds from the Birdie bank will be used for food, drinks and blind CTP payouts. Mini glow sticks and packing tape will also be provided for those w/o glow plastic.

Welcome Central Park Schenectady !!
Work has begun at Central Park. I walked and played the first 13 holes yesterday with the Hoffman bros. and the park maintenance crew has cleared most all dead trees from the course. Some really tough holes lace thru the woods and hills. Seven local businesses have already stepped up to sponsor holes.

Jungle Jam work day & play
GREAT TURNOUT for working on the new holes!!!!! Thanks to all who sweat and muscled the dead wood away, revealing some creative fairways. Benches were constructed, trails were cleared and the start of a crossing for the creek is in place.
60 was spent on food and beverages for the hard workers. Mike Brunkhurst donated 15 to the cause and holds #27
