Hey Anchorage discers, I managed to forget my red Patagonia jacket at Hilltop, can someone pick that up for me.

Cheers,
Chris

Oh yeah, nice job with an awesome State tourney this year. Congratulations the winners and kudos for those who came up just short.

The State Championship is coming up quick! Kincaid is a beast that needs a good cleaning/trimming/maintaining every year around this time, and it doesn't happen on its own- Brian has stepped up to head up the volunteering at Kincaid, and he has been working very hard to get it ready and any help is appreciated! Tuesdays & Thursdays 6-9pm and some work this weekend too I imagine- come on out and help get the course ready for your State Championships. If you can make it out some other ... more

Kurtis mentioned in an earlier post on the tournament's page that they were hoping to have a doubles round on Friday night and that details would be forthcoming. I'm not sure what the plan is at this point.

What time do the doubles start? How much?

Jeremy Boyd    June 23, 2011 at 10:03am

Technically Russian Jack does close at 11 pm, just as most municipal parks in Anchorage do. I have been asked to leave by a patrol officer when there after 11, but I've also played after that time and encountered no one. Play at your discretion I guess...
The standard 9 hole layout will not be used for the tournament though, so if you can you should try to make it for Friday night's doubles round to get a look at the tourney layout. It will be a new layout for everyone this year from what I hear.
