A few throws at UTD

1 practice rotating throw and a couple of full X steps. I don't think I am getting my weight forward enough, or getting my wrist down enough either...

When I finish my throw my back is to the target, try and get full rotation at the end.. Get up on the ball of your foot. This will give you a lot more power because the energy won't stop..
