I am aware its an Aviar putter, but i don't have extensive knowledge on disc history and worth. I would like any input if you know anything about this model and maybe what it could go for?
Its a chain stamp aviar. I recently teraded one for two putters. Mine was in a little better shape. As far as actual worth, it all depends on how much and how bad someone wants one.
this is a 1991 "chains" aviar. kris got a really good deal. The disc looks rough from the one picture you posted. I'd say $30 if it is max weight and 6/10 condition as it appears to be.

shaun is dead on. if its 173 or higher i wouldnt take less than 30
I would say $20 in its shape.
9/10 condition I've seen go for $40+ but in that shape $20 maybe $22
