CJ's Party Store has stepped up as currently the sole event sponsor, adding $600 to the final nine payout. We have two other possible sponsors on the line, but CJ's is in - thanks to them for their support!

Event 7 of 8, in a points based series taking place at 8 different courses around the area. The series payout will be split proportionally among the leaders in each division, after a final nine playoff at the series finale. You must buy-in to the series and play at least three events to be eligible for series finale payouts.

This event will be two rounds of 18 holes on the Merrill Fields aka â€œThe Gulchâ€ Course.

Each event will have a $25 Entry Fee for all divisions, with a Player Pack voucher for $15 for all AM divisions

Optional Entry fee for the series is a one-time buy-in of either
- 2 new or gently used midranges or drivers of Champion, Elite-Z, or better plastic. Acceptability of discs can be determined in advance or day of event. OR
- $18 to purchase discs at your first event.

You may play in the event and not choose to get into the points series but all the sponsored money goes to participants in the series in the finals. All CTPs are for the series paid participants.

Discs will be used as CTPs for people who are in the points series only and other prizes throughout the series.

Further Optional Fees
Ace Pool $1 if no aces ace pool will carry to following events up to final where it will be played off.

All payouts will are at 125% of buy-ins, less players' packs in am divisions.

Cashless pre-registration is done on this site by supplying your name, desired division, and PDGA# or email address if so desired.

We reserve the right to refuse any very unpopular discs offered. This is supposed to be an opportunity to get sweet discs that you don't use into the hands of someone who will, not an opportunity to unload your 15 146g Grooves for a benefit. ;) Also, "gently used" means "thrown, but you can't tell". less

Horrible playing with you guys today. i mean it was horrible playing today not with you guys. all that snow makes me sick, come on spring. sensei is probably laughing at us crazy ninjas right now.

it wasn't fun snow almost to the crotch, lol. mike beat me i quit playing disc golf. NOT!! but mike has beaten me 3 of the last 5 times we have played. missed our sensei though and no executor of awesomeness either?

There are no fees to play in this event! Therefore no player pack or payouts.
There will be normal points, possibly bonus points, for series participants.
There will be CTP's for the people who have bought into the series only!
There will be a ACE POOL $1. This and hand warmers for $1 are the only monies changing hands.
We will have fun if playing in all that snow is fun?!?!? it is.
The next event is the final event.
All payouts for events 1-6 and 8 are via A3's merchandise on ... more

So we figured out how to handle this situation.
We will be staying at hamburg!!!
There will be no entry fees, no payouts, no merchandise brought. We will only be running the Ace Pool as normal.
I will have handwarmers for $1. We will play it as the Winter Warmer Series league that it is and the township wonâ€™t cause us any problems. Points will be awarded and CTPs will be awarded to series participants.

You are also forgetting the part of collecting money. selling out of the park and ride is also not legal. i do not have time to work out collecting the money in advance and finding a place for payouts. the alternatives were move it to somewhere else, cancel, or change the date of the event. So we are having a problem with hamburg the event is probably going to have to move to somewhere else. brad and i spoke we are thinking of going to bandamer. 4 rounds of 9 holes.
I will confirm ASAP, but assume we are going to bandamer! otherwise.
