I would also like to congratulate the following people for making the "I register and don't show up sticking the TD with the cost of the player packs" list. Very disappointing considering how many times we reached out to people leading up to the event:

Congrats to KDogg on his 2012 Ace Race victory, 3 aces and 4 metal Hits. Not far behind was Amy Bedau with 2 aces and 4 metal hits. Hope everyone had fun, and thanks again to Tim and Sharon for hosting the after party which was great as usual.

A few reminders for Ace Racers as the eve is upon us:

Try to get there as early as possible, some groups have to leave early so I might send some out earlier. Bloody bar opens at 8:30-ish. I would like to get all groups out at 11:30 (latest), earlier if possible. We are only doing 27 holes this year, so it should go pretty smooth and quick.

I will have regular plastic cups available, but it will be worth your while to bring a mug or something with a top so you can bring your bloody ... more

If you have a folding chair bring it, as seating tends to be limited with this number of people

Bring snacks or lunch, we will not have food available on site, although these bloodies are going to be loaded up with all kinds of morsels

we will be tailgating and grilling at Tim and Sharons place next door (Funabashi) immediately following the Ace Race, all are welcome to attend. Feel free to bring a dish to share. Camping is encouraged as well. BYOB

player packs shold be here today (fingers and toes crossed), if that happens, i'll have them available tonight at the course

After we eat, Mr. Evans has a fun filled evening planned involving disc golf and glow lights and clown music.

Ace Race money was due in early September (unless you made arrangements with me), I announced that multiple times at leagues, through email and on DGS, if people don't contact me I can't take a chance and reserve a spot without $$$, otherwise I end up eating it like I did last year on 8 player packs ($200 out of my pocket). It sucks, but I made it very clear. There are no spots open at this time, if something opens up I will let you know.

If you are signed up for this Ace Race, you need to pay me ASAP, (unless you have talked with me about the payment) I will delete you if I don't hear back from you on your intentions. I have to order player packs and only have half of the money paid so far. Hop to it. Don't be a deadbeat either, if you sign up and don't pay/play, you will be required to pay BEFORE you sign up for any future WDG event.

50? But there is room for 72. I was planning on driving up from Kalamazoo to play this one. 50 isn't even enough people to put everyone in groups of 4. If i pay can i play.
