Some quick notes and reminders for Sunday’s event:
Registration/Checkin opens 8:30
Registration/Checkin closes 9:30
Player meeting is 9:45

We have some extra spots and these will be filled first come first serve. So if you have some friends that’d like to play, drag them to the course early and get in line quick.

***PARKING *** all players must park in the main Lancaster Park parking lot. Coral Drive parking is reserved for event staff and vendors only. We will have someone redirecting traffic from the Coral Drive entrance to the main park. The address is:

The course entrance is to the left of the first little league baseball field as you make the sharp right turn in the parking lot. You should see the Hot Shots kiosk not far from the outfield fence. Walk down the road behind it to the large Pavilion.

NOTICE: St Mary’s county does not allow alcohol or glass bottles in the park. We kindly ask that you save all celebratory beverages until after the awards ceremony away from park property.

The Days Off Deli and Grill food truck will be onsite for lunch. I’ve attached a copy of the menu. Seriously awesome authentic Philly Cheese Steaks, guys.... highly recommend. But if that’s not your thing, the menu has something for everybody at very reasonable prices. We ask that players pay for lunch at registration, so Justin and his staff can prepare for the break.

Each division has an in-round CTP and an optional ace pot for $1 per player.
We’ll have a CTP game between rounds to try and win a basket. $2 per throw or 3 for $5.
Raffle tickets for a 50/50 drawing are $1 each and we have other great raffle prizes to give away as well.

Lastly, the gloomy weather forecast. Chances are the course will be very wet, muddy, and windy. We will be playing from both the rubber tee pads (slippery) and the concrete tee pads (grippy). Some baskets may move before Rnd 1 from the posted layout to avoid playing in large puddles and mud. Changes will be announced at the player meeting if so. Remember to bring extra shoes, socks, towels, change of clothes, and overstable discs. The Scorpio trailer will be able to supply you with any last minute equipment needs.
