OK guys, here is tomorrow's "To Do" list: I need to pick up Bernie's basket in the morning at his house. I may need someone to stop in at Belle Tire (N of 17 on the East side of V.D.) and get the basket Rob Stivers has. I have to get the trophies by 5 and I have to go to Southfield by 4 to get the BWW certificates. I should be at Sunnybrook hopefully by 8 am so I can assemble the 9 baskets I dropped off today. That should be 15 baskets plus Damon is bring 2 around noon and Mike is bring Bar ... more

OK guys, here is tomorrow's "To Do" list:

We have to build the 18 basket stone platform, hang the banner, and put the flags in.
I am not sure if I am painting on the ground all of the tee pads and directional arrows.

I will be bringing 2 or 3 baskets to Sunnybrook tomorrow night after work and before Basketball. I think Josh is bringing his 2 baskets, 1 for putting and 1 for league. Damon has 2 and Rob Stivers has the clubs which brings putting baskets at 6. I am hoping Bob Black and Chisolm allow us to borrow their Chainstar's for putting again this year. I plan on using these 8 Chainstar's for the tournament plus Josh's adjustable basket means we only need to borrow 9 baskets from our Sponsor. I plan o ... more

I plan on getting them late Thursday night meaning I can get to Sunnybrook early and start assembling them.
If I cannot get them Thursday then I will have to go early Friday creating a delay in assembly.
It's gonna be a lot putting the baskets together so any and all help would be greatly appreciated.
We also need to construct the brick platform for basket 18 and hang the Banner for the triple Mando hole.

I can help setting up and maybe taking down depending on how late it runs since we have Friday night skins. What time are you setting up?
