About this tournament

obviously there was some hot shooting in the am3 division. some of these guys are brand new to tournaments and were not sure where to play. most events i've run in the past do not have a field of 33 in am3 where the top 4 finishers are not current or just became current pdga members. all we do is try to flag those names and highly encourage the players to move up at future events. congrats to all who cashed in am3 saturday....that was some good shooting all the way around that division!

Thanks Mark and all the volunteers who helped with this tournament. I really liked the smaller groups and the few open holes you guys left to help with pace of play out there. Always fun to get out to Hudson Mills and play, happy to be part of Thrills at the Mills 7. Thanks to my cardmates too, was fortunate to have two great groupings on Saturday.

scores are now up on discgolfscene and the pdga site. please call me or post here any mistakes you might find. also, there were a few lost and found items that were left with bill gilbert...he runs the wednesday league at hm. 2 discs were left in the practice basket we used for the jumbo toss...they were just sitting in the basket when we were closing down everything!*? speaking of jumbo toss...that was fun!

Great tournament! Lots of fun. The bag I won is great. I really like the fact you guys had some rare plastic to choose from for payouts! I'll be playing your events again.

basket toss was won by eric vogelpohl! the other 5 prizes were all won by people who were present....i just do not have their names handy. current grandmaster world champion and thrills at the mills 7 open pro champion mike raley drew all the names. we had some time to kill while the leader boards were being added up so we raffled off about 6 additional items but only to people who were present....again, i don't have their names handy. thanks for all the kind words and nice ace there paul!

You guys run a great, smooth and fairly fast tourneyment. Other then the am3 baggers it was a amazing time. I'll be back next year. If u could, post the winner of the basket here. That way I can stop holding my breath for the chance of taking it home. Thanks again guys.

the park will have a food service available, they will be taking orders at registration so when our first round is done they should have food available much quicker....i believe their average lunch cost is about $4 - $5. the jumbo toss officially has 50 items in it! the weather looks incredible 60 degrees in the a.m. and 80 degrees with sun in the afternoon!!!
