Matt, you should definitely contact the TDs direclty using the www.rosecityopen.com web site. Secondly, if you don't get notified I would absolutely plan to show up the day of in case of a last minute no-show or cancellation. From my experience it is quite common for several no shows on the day of and TDs love to fill those spots with people waiting patiently.

I am 3rd on the waitlist for the RCO, should i show up day of and hope for the spot, or would i know before hand if i had a chance to get in? i don't know who to contact with this question.
