Good work Terry and the M.V.D.S.A. crew on hosting another exciting event. I hope to see players rivalry popping up on DGscene news with hot rounds, gold trophies and such. I had a great time, VIVA RIVAL CLUBS!

I'm so excited about RIVAL CLUBS #2 that I can't sleep! It's 12:45am and I'm still on DGscene reading rivalry banter, LOVE IT! VIVA CCDG, VIVA RIVAL CLUBS and VIVA M.V.D.S.A. for stepping up and hosting a true RIVAL event.

Please try to keep up the use of the RIVAL CLUBS "Talk" too, the committee of TDs must still decide where to hold the 2012 RIVAL CLUBS FINALE and when. Neutral venue (no home course advantage) is the only requirement.

You guys are all on the list. Don't think will get 72+ to worry about it . I Wish we had 18 good permanent holes more than anybody. It's takes alot of time and money to do this ****. And the main point is 18 holes, which I thought was a requirement to host an event. The vast majority of MVDSA members insist on of my 18's over the standard 12 anyday. Nobody that plays good really wants to play the given 12 3 times do they? Till the morning guys.

Atta boi carl! I gotta say im super stoked! Wortman is ur groups park. Why would we play anything but wht were used to, and were used to exotic layouts from u badaces. I love dg and I love when we can have a battle at the home courses. everyone knows nothin feels better than a strong show at someone elses home course! Viva rivalries and viva mvdsa. Thanx for being involved guys. nohin but mad love 4 da mac! Btw ima still gonna beat u and shaun at ur house in front of ur friends and fam. CHAIN GANG OUT!

Also I will say this... I used to hate Terrys temp courses. It felt like I never knew what to expect. But after living here for 6 years... I an so thankful for them... Wortman permanent 12 layout is terrible. I play it almost 4 times a week on my lunch break because I don't want to get my work clothes dirty. after looking at tomorrows layout I am stoked

I understand what you are saying Scottish...at the same time...we were a young club who had no... I repeat absolutely no 18 hole courses to choose from... That is the primary goal and purpose of or club is to get a real course and who knows maybe next year that will be realized. At this time, we have 12 baskets at wortman... 12 at Daves... Newberg courses are 12 at Ewing and 9 at Hoover... Champoeg is 15... No matter what we do, there would be temp baskets... I Dave this same dilemma every winte ... more

I can tell you this; yes we indeed do have a home court advantage as I looked at the course and I have played everyone of those holes multiple times... But we just don't have the luxury of having a outlander 18 hole course...YET. Thanks to Terry and Beast and Scottish or anyone else... Also, I'm not saying anything about terry's hard work. Having played his last three events he sets up some awesome courses and it sucks about not being able to use the school.

Well if you never play the normal layout, maybe pick another course. Daves, ewing young, herbert hover, champoeg. The point of a rivalry is to play where the other club plays all the time. Their HOME course. But hey, have fun. Also, not sure what the bull**** made up format is.

Terry puts a ton of time and effort adding 6 baskets to make a 18 hole course and attempt to make wortman less boring and more fun, you would rather play the normal ****ty 12 holes 3 times? We never play the normal layout at wortman, this is a "club course", at least we are playing real disc golf and not some bull**** made up format right?

better tell ur td to put up a registration page where I can sign up at cause I comin 2 beat u and all ur locals in open at ur house! Really hope u get more practice out there 2. Tell you what Gro' I will play Open if you do... otherwise I am gonna take your money in General. I believe it is a $10 buy in for all divisions... two rounds and it starts at 10, but you definatly want to be there by 930 atthe latest to get signed up... They just mowed the whole park, and I skipped into the basket on hole 8 on my lunch today... Bring it Biotch, Chain Gang, more like Chain Banged!

Sweet! I just got permission to compete Sunday... Course looks like a bunch of my favorite holes... Thanks Terry for posting this! I admit I was questioning what was going on, but I am the guilty party for not researching it or simply asking! Cannot wait, I will probably play Intermediate unless Adolf and Church move up... Besides my rating is 913... Cant wait.
