This is a must play event with a player pack that includes 2 CFR custom discs, dry-fit custom shirt, 2 minis and 3 stickers (8 items).

Check in for this event is between 8:30 am and 10 am on Saturday at Lake Erie Island Resorts in Port Clinton, OH
90 player limit with all divisions playing 2 rounds at the Lake Erie Islands Resort (Port Clinton)on Saturday and 1 round plus a final 9 at Great Blue Heron (Norwalk) on Sunday. We have 20 sites all together to accommodate at least 90 golfers at the site, so it should be a very fun atmosphere and we will do some night time games for prizes.See below for more info.

They have 20 camping sites reserved for us under the Ohio Amateur Championships for Disc Golf they are $15 per night and include the activity center(billiards, indoor/outdoor pool, hot tub, steam room, game room, Lake Erie access etc.. the camping site has electric and water but no sewer hookups, they have 2 sites available for $25 with sewer hookup (1st come, 1st serve) The hotel has been booked a year in advance for a wedding so no Hotel Rooms at the Resort are available. The 9 permanent shorter holes are always in the ground and I will have the 9 longer championship temporary holes flagged with tees and baskets by Monday 7/4/11 and baskets will be in place and ready for practice all day Friday 7/8/11

2 day event played in Norwalk, Oh and Port Clinton, Oh at a private resort with very inexpensive camping and indoor/outdoor pool, jaccuzzi, sauna, steam room, game room, billiard room, small diner, full beverage carryout, Lake Erie access, and most of all a killer disc golf course and more.

This event is a B-tier for 2011 and already PDGA pre-approved for an A-tier for 2012. The event will still have an A-tier feel this 1st year with a killer 2 CFR disc, custom dry fit shirt, 8 item player pack that will be worth the trip. The resort is no better place to play competitive disc golf during the day and hang out at night for a fun party feel with something to do for everyone irregardless of your interest. Courses are within 1/2 hour of Cedar Point if you want to add an extra day to this great weekend getaway.
