C-tier · PDGA sanctioned singles tournament
About this tournament
AM payouts % will be 100% minimum.
Pay to play is in effect at Hudson Mills all players will be responsible for these fees.
Proof of current PDGA membership is the responsibility of the player to supply. there is a 10 temp fee for non current PDGA members. PDGA membership will be verified by your PDGA membership card or receipt showing previous payment.
5$ optional ace pool.
Final year of the jester trophies there will be 10 available to be dispersed based on attendance and division size.
The AM's will receive payouts based on paid attendance. 100% minimum, over 40 AM's players 110%, over 80 AM's 125% over 125 AM's 150%.
The applicable percentage is based on after deductions dollars: $30 entry fee less $10 for the player pack, less $2 for the PDGA, less any trophies awarded to a division.
So if no trophy the net payout would be $18 at 110% that would be $19.2 per player, $22.5 at 125%, and $27 at 150%.
Money added to the PRO purse is also possible based on sponsors participation and total event participation.
NO MDGO berths are being awarded at this event as this is not a FE.
All PRO divisions will be playing long tees to short baskets
AM1 men will play the same as the PRO's
everybody else will be playing short tees to short baskets.
Note the cafeteria at hudson mills will not be open so bring food or plan on hitting places like CJ's. I do not know if Dexter Pickney road is open (after the tornado a few weeks ago) so going into dexter may be very difficult.
Keep in mind if we hit or get close to the 180 cap registration for cashless pre reg will hold your spot until 830 AM at that point all non registered players will take whatever spots might be left. less

Trevor "Doppler" Dixon April 22, 2012 at 10:42pm
that's up there, and i can now count to 82
William Gilbert April 22, 2012 at 9:57pm
i have checked and verified the score card as turned in. 79 written, actual score was an 80 stroked 2 to make 82. Per the PDGA rules.
Scorecard was not signed but that is not relevant. once a card is turned in if incorrectly scored 2 strokes are added to the correct score.
I do not make the rules just follow them.

I don't think it was a joke, but is funny you can't count to 80
William Gilbert April 12, 2012 at 6:26pm
Sorry Trevor your score was not signed and it was an 80 stroked 2 to make it a 82. i verified it again it was an 80.
sorry about that.
Trevor "Doppler" Dixon April 12, 2012 at 2:01am

Thanks to all the players who came out, hopefully you all had fun. I know those who didn’t win or cash probably would have preferred to win something but at least you got a disc and some fun on a beautiful day for disc golf. I would like to thank out sponsors again. Discraft, CJ’s Party Store, Dexter Pub, the Throw Shop, & A3disc I also would like to thank my staff. Nikki “Angel” Gilbert worked all day with me, Becky Gilbert helped during reg and after her 2nd round, John “Crack Kills” Reifschneider till the break, Stephen “Chuck Norris” Lambert till about 3PM, Rocky Devis came after the first round started and stayed the rest of the day. Kevin Williamson helped after his 2nd round, might have only been for a couple of hours but very needed and helpful.
Events like this cannot happen without the help of the volunteers so thanks to them. I could have used more help but got by great with what i had.

i will fix the mistakes shortly sorry.
Ryan Mac, the AM Masters and such did not tee off between the PRO's they started 15 minutes before you so they could get done, They asked to start and it worked. They just didn't get by you before the PRO's started the round.
