Saturday July 13th 2 rounds of 24 holes on our tournament layout course with the famous Island shots!
Sunday July 14th 1 round of 18 holes on our new Championship course layout followed by a final 9 holes for our top 4 open and advanced divisions.
All amateur players will receive a custom stamp disc, mini, and t-shirt ($25 value), minimum of 3 participants per division.
There will be free primitive tent camping available for the weekend of the tournament. Plenty of room for all!! Contact Lu at [email disguise] for all the camping details. The camping site is roughly 10-15 minutes from the course.
Friday night pre-tournament doubles round beginning at 6 pm on the 12th. $10/person, random draw for partners. $1 optional ace pool. (If no ace the money will carry over to the tournament.)
We will also be having during the tournament CTP's, raffles, basket toss, $2 opt ace pool, and a bag challenge (for a small fee) an opportunity to win a bag, discs, mini, waterbottle, and more. The fee for the "Bag Challenge" is $5/person. You will be entering into a CTP competition against anyone else that entered for a chance at a golf bag with discs, a mini, waterbottle and whatever else we can cram into this bag. It is well worth the $5. This will be an all day CTP the first day, so you have 2 rounds to take a stab at it!
Lunch will be for sale at the tournament and we will have a sign up sheet for lunch during registration. Lunch will be $5.00/person. (were looking at a couple different options, once we know exactly what lunch is going to be I will post it.)
Please feel free to contact Dustin at [email disguise] or Keith at [email disguise] or 419-681-6180 for any questions. Spread the word please as for this is the biggest event so far in Norwalk. Ourselves and the rest of the Norwalk Area DGA are wanting to make it a great one.
