2 Rounds of 22 Holes skipping 17 and 20.
Open and AM1 - Long/Long
MAM,AM2,FA1 - Long/Short
ALL others - Short/Short

Spots will be held for PAID entrants only. First 45 paid entrants will receive a free disc.
Field Will be Capped at 88 players
*$5 fee for those who register the day of, if spots remain and no cashless pre reg.*
To help address the sandbagging issues at the Michigan State Championships, a motion was made and the Motion was passed:
a. For the Am2/Am3 (including the women) divisions in Featured Events, if there is a player that takes 1st or 2nd place and that player has never had a PDGA membership the Featured Event will deduct from that player’s payouts $35 to cover the cost of buying them a PDGA membership.
b. The remaining $10 was initially paid by the player at entry.
c. The last missing $5 is because the MDGO is an Affiliate Club.
d. Non-current PDGA members do not apply.
e. The MDGO will reimburse $17 to the FE to help cover any loss.
f. It is HEAVILY stressed that this needs to be advertised so the player base is aware of this prior to the event.
This was passed to address the issue of players not having player ratings. Even if they are not current, the TD does get a file from the PDGA that includes the player's rating. less

Here is the PDGA rule for withdrawals:
1.3 Withdraws and Refunds

A player may officially withdraw only by contacting the Tournament Director.
Players must email or phone their withdrawals to the Tournament Director only at the contact information posted.
Discussions with persons other than the Tournament Director, including other tournament staff, shall not be considered official.
No refunds will be issued after the 7th day prior to the start of the event, but the player shall be sent a player’s package if one was provided to event competitors.
Withdrawals made before the 7th day prior to the start of the event shall receive a 50% refund.
Withdrawals made 14 days prior to the start of the event shall be refunded 100 %, less postage and handling, which shall not exceed 10% of the entry fee.
These criteria may be relaxed at the discretion of the Tournament Director.

The only changes to the board after today will be if someone withdraws and a new person gets added. This also means there will be no more division jockeying. You are in the division you registered for unless a player rating forces a move.
