Well after your guys help I'm thinking I should play am3 because me and my friends don't Play all par 3's At willow.. So considering that and the fact it's my first tourney I'll definatly go with am3.. Can I register at the throw shop? And thanks for the advice hope to Meet some of you out there!

Jeremy- you mean -5 as in par 3's (72 holes= Par 72) at Willow? If so, then definitely Am2 (Intermediate), you should fit in just fine assuming you score similarly at Lakeshore. If by course par at Willow (what their sign says by hole #1), then you should play Am3 (Recreational). As TD, I won't have Am2 or Am3 playing any long tees at Kick Out The Carnies.

Jeremy- recreational is am3, intermediate is am 2 and advanced is am1. Am 3 is the lowest and advanced is the highest of amateur divisions. Open is pro category. Some tourneys have am 4 ( really for people just starting out). If u shoot -5-6 under playing all 3's at willow on the regular, it sounds like u prob should play am2 or am3. Sometimes am 2 plays one round of longs(not sure in this tourney if they will). If u have any other questions holla!

Can't pass up an opportunity to celebrate the absence of the carnival!

The goal of this event with side-games, donations, and possibly a raffle, will be to raise enough $ to pay for 1 basket for the new holes. Me, Mucker, Abby and Dan Whitlock just spent the last 2 hours or so walking the woods and working on potential layouts.
