I believe the non-state resident day pass is $8.

So if you're not a Michigan resident what does the fee cost to get into the park? I'm thinking about trying to make this event but not quite sure as I have a lot going on this weekend. Just so happens that the stuff thats going on is near here.

FYI... The park no longer has a daily access rate of $6.00. If a vehicle doesn't have a current 2010 State Park annual permit, the entrance fee will be $10, but this $10 will gain you access into all State Parks until your vehicle registration is due in 2011... at which point you can pay another $10 to renew the pass for another year.
Since staffing is short at the park, they might not have someone at the front gate, so don't be surprised if you're ticketed... but that ticket is merely the same $10 fee, they just mail you the permit.
