is there mulligans for all divisions , or is there a division i can play where no mulligans are allowed ? like Open ?

i just barely have enough $ to play .. But its very hard for me to justify coming out .. Dont wanna get BEat by someones pocket book ..

Just as clarification, Open is not paying out cash. All monies paid in will be going for the Food Bank

I threw one disc OB, landed on the roof of a building. By the time I got up for my next shot, it had blown off back in-bounds near the basket.

Basically that one hole is being removed and added over to the beach side. Should be lots of fun!
