I am certain that the ice that is near 2 holes of this course is not safe. I recommend that people bring a few discs that they may not mind being lost to play these holes.

Did npt realize Potterville League starts Saturday.

Will not be able to attend.

Mark Stephens    February 28, 2012 at 1:57pm

Saturday morning, for a $5 donation to the food bank, you may pick your 3 or 4 player group for the 1st round.

Great idea DJ! Here's another... free mulligan for everyone that pre-registers?

Mark Stephens    February 27, 2012 at 4:20pm

Just a reminder. This event is not at the normal course in the park. There will be a 1 day installation of the Heron Lake Course. It is over at the Heron Lake Boat Launch/Beach area.

Mark Stephens    February 23, 2012 at 8:34am

I think that is an excellent idea DJ.

Dj Hunt    February 23, 2012 at 6:37am

i think if an ace is not hit, half the ace pool should go to the food bank! then we ctp for the other half

Mark Stephens    February 21, 2012 at 11:19am

There are a few holes where Heron Lake comes into play. If the ice is not safe, all discs that land on the ice will be deemed out of play and unretrievable during the round. We will have some disc retrieving devices on hand that can get help discs that are close to shore. Bring a few discs that you may not mind losing in case you have a really errant throw for these few holes.

We laid out the course today at the boat launch and beach area. It is going to be pretty sweet! We will playing 2 rounds of 12 holes on the Huron Lake Course. Just a reminder there is a super color disc and poster for 1st place in evey division. Second place gets a cool color sticker courtesy of DISC OR DIE. There will be a CTP on evey hole for the AM players. That is all there is for payouts. There will be mulligans for sale for $2 each or 3 for $5 or 8 for $10. There will be a ... more

Not sure. We did not talk about it at the board meeting. If we do, we won't be using this event.

Nik LEhr    February 19, 2012 at 8:37pm

Mark Stephens    February 15, 2012 at 10:45am

Mark Stephens    January 31, 2012 at 8:51am

It is easier on the TD that has to sit in the cold all day too...

Thought the same thing. It would have been kinda hard to do that in 2011 unless you are a fortune teller! LOL

Paul DISC-OR-DIE Holstein    January 29, 2012 at 6:46pm

Thanks Mark! Glad I didn't put the date or location on the posters....

Mark Stephens    January 29, 2012 at 6:45pm

Please note the change in date as well as location.  It will be at Holly Recreation Area.  It will not be on the normal course.  There will be a temporary course installed at the beach/boat launch area.

Paul DISC-OR-DIE Holstein    January 3, 2012 at 6:31pm

DISC-OR-DIE has ordered 5" all-weather, limited edition, full color, tournament stickers for this one. Will be donating some as second place prizes.
