I have a request out for the course administrators. I will know for sure when I get out there as soon as I can get out there.

Rick Marritt   September 21, 2014 at 8:38pm

...or as soon as I get a response.

Rick Marritt   September 27, 2014 at 7:57pm

Most of the placements are in the long. I was out at the course and talked with Dustin who stated that the current placements will remain unchanged until the end of October.

Is that a Blue Gill bag tag you have as your profile picture? If so, congrats man. That couldn't have been an easy feat. If you have an email, please message me privately with it and I will get you linked to the tournament page.

I definitely want you to play in the division you feel you are qualified to play. According to the PDGA website, you should at least play AM1..... so that is what I am going to put you down in. I hope you don't mind. (^_^) thanks for the pre-reg man. I hope you had fun yesterday. It was good to see you out there.

Victor Wahl   September 22, 2014 at 1:33am

Rick Marritt   September 23, 2014 at 9:48am

Larry, if you have an email address or PDGA number, please message me with the details so I can link your profile to the tournament. It helps you to obtain statistics..... that is if you want to be tagged. Thanks!

larry byrd   September 21, 2014 at 8:56pm

[email redacted] and my pdga number40079 but I did not renewed them this year

Rick Marritt   September 21, 2014 at 9:00pm

Thank you. Even though you didn't renew, having the PDGA # will allow me to link your profile to the tournament entry and will also help me when finalizing paperwork for the tournament. The PDGA provides me data on all players that provide their number even if it isn't current. I hope all is well and look forward to possibly seeing you on the fourth.

Will do when I get on with my laptop. This smartphone doesn't work well on registrations.

michael kensington    September 4, 2014 at 6:31am

How do you figure out where to register and what division to register in? What is the cash pool prize usually for events like this?

I do not have a PDGA#? So I would have to enter in the novice division. So what would the cost be? What would the prize pool be and do pre-pay or pay at the event as I live in Hastings? What comes with the registration cost as this will be my first tournament ever. What will the course be set at shorts or longs?

Rick Marritt   September 21, 2014 at 8:44pm

You would not need to enter the Novice Division. You can technically play in any division. The cost is $20 for entry, $2 Ace Pool, $3 50/50 are options. I apologize for the delayed response. I am waiting on a response from the course adminstrators to know what the layout will be for certain that weekend.

Rick Marritt   September 21, 2014 at 8:45pm

FYI, the $20 is the novice division entry fee.
