Good idea TJ. If you'd like to bring some kind of dish to pass, please feel free to do so. I'd like to make sure there is plenty of food to feed everyone including staff and caddies.

Ok, here is the format for the weekend:

Pro's and Advanced (AM1) play regular tees to regular baskets all 3 rounds.
Jr's will play short tees 2 rounds Saturday.

Intermediate, Rec, Grand Masters:
Round 1: regular tees plus hole 9 play to short basket.
Round 2: short tees plus short basket on hole 9
Round 3: regular tees plus hole 9 play to short basket.

PLEASE HELP SLEEPY HOLLOW TEEPADS:
Here's the deal. I just spoke with the park. Next Thursday, June 17, 9am at Sleepy Hollow Disc Golf Course. Please come out to help us install the teepads. Bring a rake if you have one. I need at least 12 people to help. PLEASE get in touch with me if you know 100% you can help. The more help, the quicker it gets done. THe park is renting a forklift for Thursday and will be lifting the already poured tee pads while we level and flatten them and fill in the sides. If you can't make it at 9am but can help later, please please do so! Thank you!

SLEEPY HOLLOW NEWS:

Anyone who is available next thursday starting at 4:00. I am trying to get volunteers out to sleepy hollow to level the ground so we can drop in the tee pads before the TOURNAMENT! I AM AFRAID IF WE DO NOT HAVE ENOUGH VOLUNTEERS WE WILL NOT HAVE THIS COMPLETED IN TIME. Let me know if you can help!

I want to take a moment and say Thanks to Sleepy Hollow State Park. This morning, I drove out there to work out a few things on the course and I found out how amazing the park people really are. The Friends of Sleepy Hollow are pouring cement tee pads as we speak and are putting them in for us! They are paying for the tee pads after some group of people backed out of donating money to the cause. The park wants to make sure the women have a great time and really enjoy the course. I want to take a moment and say Thanks to Sleepy Hollow State Park. This morning, I drove out there to work out a few things on the course and I found out how amazing the park people really are. The Friends of Sleepy Hollow are pouring cement tee pads as we speak and are putting them in for us! They are paying for the tee pads after some group of people backed out of donating money to the cause. The park wants to make sure the women have a great time and really enjoy the course. They will be mowing and trimming rough next week. (after they mow, I will be marking JR/Rec tees, all others will be from the regular tees)

This week however, if anyone is interested in helping with course maintenence or tee pads, you can contact Denise at the office. You can check in with her at the park headquarters when you get to the park. Thursday, Mark (awesome guy who's done a TON of work on the course) will be out there all day working on tee pads and course maintenece. See him at the course for help. Any other help with tossing branches and stuff off the fairway is another way you could help. So thanks again to Mark and Sleepy Hollow and the Friends of Sleepy Hollow for making this special for us!

I will be taking donations at the tournament to give back to the Friends of Sleepy Hollow if anyone is interested in helping them back. Thank you!
