Later tonight I will be adding the e-mail addresses, which will tie everyone's scores to their profile.
If you don't see your score get linked to your profile by tomorrow, and you want it linked, you and I will need to verify what e-mail address needs to be used.

Well, this web-site does not have a way to force a difference between scores that were a fractional difference. For example a 60.25, 60.50 & 60.75 were treated as ties. Thus everybody with the same whole number score, no matter your fractional score, were treated as ties.
If you want to see the way the actual fractional scoring worked out. Here they are.
ADVANCED
1 -- 54.00 -- Dennis Vahsholtz
2 -- 56.50 -- Tim Nispel
2 -- 56.50 -- Ned Vahsholtz
4 -- 58.25 -- William Mitchell

My apologies for not getting the Tourney scores posted yet.
(1) This site cannot accept our "Cali-Dot" 1/4 stroke scores... (no surprised though). Strike One.
(2) I tried to enter everybody's "Standard Score" but enter 1st, 2st, 3rd, etc. based on their adjusted Cali-Dot score. Strike Two.
(3) My third attempt will be to use players Cali-Dot score, then use whatever 1/4 1/2 3/4 that may exist as the tie breakers.
I'll get scores in there somehow. Wish me luck.
Of course the big winner here is the Fairmont Disc Golf Course Expansion Project!

Thanks to all who helped run today's Fairmont Fundraiser Tournament. Thanks to all who signed up and played in todays tournament too.
Your participation and hard work is helping us get closer to getting that course built!
Last but not least, my apologies to anyone who I could not complete a conversation with. Duty called often. I look forward to seeing you again soon!
BTW: I shot better today with 3 Millennium discs than I did with my whole bag last week at Break the Chains
Great job DFOK and DU! I hoped I could be there all day, but I had very fun round even just for a sigle round.

I am pleased to announce that tomorrow's tournament will feature 18 baskets of the all metal variety.
Any volunteers interested in helping Kewley & Clouse get the baskets perfectly placed would be greatly appreciated. Please arrive 30 min. prior to check-in to help (that's 8:30 to 9:00).
Shaun Chambers May 1, 2013 at 6:56pm
i couldnt get the 4th off, have to be at work@4, would i be able to just play the round of singles? or would that screw up the second round?
Shaun, Sorry to hear you can't stay for the second. It's not going to be a problem though. Just make sure you tell me at the official scorers table that you won't be returning for round 2.

Four more people signed up overnight. Thank you!
I'll get you shown in the Registered Players list later today.
Due to the limited amount of space, DU will only be bringing Millennium discs for sale on Saturday. If players have any other requests please let us know. We will try and get there by 8 am Saturday to have the players check in and pick up their discs. Walk ups will be taken day of the tourney.

If you can't pre-register on Monday, will have to wait & register at check-in on the morning of the event.

While at the Discs Unlimited tournament Saturday, I heard a couple questions about this upcoming 3 Disc Challenge.
I thought it would be helpful to post those questions and answers here too.
Q: Can players use "any Millennium golf discs" in the tournament?
A: Players can select to receive "any Millennium golf disc" as part of their players pack. That is true. In addition, you can only use those three new discs to compete in the tournament.
Q: Am I required to purchase ...

Supplemental: Any discs mean any molds, weights, and plastic types. For example, there are quantum (similar to innova champion metal flake), zero-g (Blizzard), and sirius (Star) scorpius in their line up, so we can choose any of those. Because DU is asking color preference in their order pages, I think we can specify colors, too (as long as they are available).

Ben,
That's not on you. They should have had all the rules & information posted prior to accepting any official registrations.
Ahh cool, well I'm sure they'll contact me later on then. I just went through the registration on their website.
Ben Nispel March 23, 2013 at 9:38pm
Just registered! Looks like I messed up and didn't include my disc preferences. I'd like to play in intermediate, I'd like a Scorpius, Astra, and Omega all in max weight if possible! Can't wait!
Rick Petrie March 23, 2013 at 8:40pm
Also, it is my understanding that Discs Unlimited will be repackaging (bagging) players packs in Herrington as they receive pre-registrations. This will help them cut down on the work/rush on the morning of the tournament.
With that in mind, the sooner you pre-register, the closer they will be to your exact disc weight request.
Good job DFOK & Discs Unlimited! I thought everything went very smooth. I enjoyed playing the new formats.
