Jase was born 4/22/15. He weighed 1lb 6oz and was given a 19% chance to live. As of today, he is still fighting for his life at 4lbs. Due to the amount of time of a ventilaor, Jase developed ROP and it will require eye surgery and glasses for the rest of his life.
This tournament is a FUNDRAISER to help Jase get the medical attention and supplies he needs.
One round, singles, 09:30a check-in. $30 entry, Payout is 50/50. $5 Ace Pot, if no Ace, Jase gets the Pot.
For simplicity of signup, its set to "General Entry". Joedy said he may split into divisions that morning...it'll be up to the players
