MIS is not that close to Rolling Hills so unless you are coming from MIS area the traffic should not be much of an issue especially that early in the morning. I know if you take 23 to exit 31 & go East to 1st stop sign (sign not light) and turn North(left) should get you to the course without any traffic issues Saturday morning

The NASCAR race at MIS is this weekend so be sure to give yourself a little extra travel time for increased traffic. I heard there is a lot of construction on US-12 as well.
