Shot 20 strokes over my average, got acknowledged by the T.D., got a T-shirt with my PDGA# on the sleeve for $7.50 delivered, won a NEW BAG for finishing 215th. Shoulda been there if you missed it!

I am supposed to send back the unsold Gateway discs but I don't know when. I know that I had a lot of people interested that didn't have the cash today. If you are interested in getting one, please send me a message. I don't think that we sold out of anything.

This was a great event. If you do it again, I will be back. Hopefully, I'll be a better player then. Thanks for providing a venue where an inexperienced player can get a little time in without feeling like a drag on the rest of the group.

no problem. there are a bunch of tournaments this morning. one of the ctiers looks huge. check out No Foolin 2013. it is a c tier with over 100 players pre registered.

This is the last rule that I will be posting. I still need to find giveaways for five more discs donated by Gateway but the rules are complete. On hole E, you will have to release every throw with your feet pointed directly away from the basket.

Just a note for those that may be traveling to the tournament and planning to pick up a beer on the way. Eaton county is kind of a dry county on Sundays before noon. I don't know the specifics and I have heard that you can still buy beer at the M-50 Party Store but that is probably a 10-15 minute drive from the course. You may want to be sure that you have your registration fee on Saturday "just in case".

I figured I would get some crap from the locals on this rule because I can't imagine anyone throwing a roller unless you can rip a huge backhand roller that cuts straight to the right. I still have to figure out how to give away five more Gateway discs before Sunday morning.

My wife Char and I plan to spend most of the day at the course on Sunday so there won't be a lot of time to do laundry. We may need to hang some of it on hole 5... CTP for hole 5 will win an Evolution Element donated by Gateway Disc Sports.

Ok, here is the deal on the Gateway discs. I'll be selling them for $10 per disc. So if you show up with a beer and $15 you will walk away with a tournament stamped Gateway disc, a key chain bottle opener, probably a prize of some sort (I now have more than 40 to give away), probably a beer from someone else, a chance at ace pool money ($2 to get in to the ace pool), a chance at CTP money ($3 to get into the 50/50 CTP), and a crazy round of doubles disc golf.

If you are looking for new plastic, I will be selling Gateway discs with a custom tournament stamp on Sunday morning. I am still working on hammering out the price. I will let you know as soon as I find out.
I didn't even think about the fact that running a tournament also meant speaking in front of people until it was too late. Thanks for playing.
