The John Morris comment was posted from an inactive profile just after the first round of the hall of chains was completed, my first thought was "ok, they posted this because they thought I had something to do with the turnout." Sorry I had nothing to do with that.

Although you have to give it to him, to be able to wake in your moms basement and face the day and humanity, after you realize you mom is upstairs making you eggos and you have been jerking off to 1972 issues of playgirl for 3 decades, he still manages to show up. I did not get to read the comment and don't want to. This space is for disc golf discussion and there are kids who played and are reading this. I may not like everything that has been said or the tone of it, but the last I looked this was a free country. Everyone needs to remember disc golf is a game. This board is no place for slander or threats. Take this somewhere else or I'll have this board closed down.

Thanks for running events Bill. Trust me...you will never please everyone, so don't try to. We have had problems the other way where people pre-register (without paying) and then do not show up. Having them pay to pre register is the way to go from a TD standpoint (He has got to cover himself).

agreed. Not having a list of players on the PDGA site is not a good thing either. That is stuff that should be updated daily.

Bill,in the future,you may want to post the tournament on here a little sooner than a weak before the event.You may not think so, but people look on here quite a bit,and when they see no registered people,or very few,it makes it an easy decision to not attend. When you post an event a month or two beforehand it gets the word out,and people will pre-reg.

I really hope a lot of people show come on! Bill runs great tourneys and two day tourneys in my opinion are the best.

Bill I think you run great events!! I would love to be there, but my play at Canton is usually less than steller. Danny D, come on man lighten up. Bill has been making stuff happen in your area for many years. I signed up for the PDGA at the Hall of Chains in 98. Give the guy a break. You might not agree with what he does, but you can't disagree that without Bill, there may be no disc golf tournaments or more courses in the area. Bill, thanks for running what I consider to be quality events.
