I'd like to thank everyone who came out to support the ADGA at the Forest Fling yesterday. I'd also like to thank Jonas Moser for working hard to provide the best possible experience for all the players. Scores are now posted here and on PDGA.

On another note, I'd like to ask the open division players who finished in the cash for a little patience on receiving their payouts. I need to address some things with the PDGA before I finalize them, but in most cases it will likely inc ... more

Want to help as many people as possible get down for Kenai Eagle this weekend--I'm planning on taking off from Anchorage around noon-2pm Friday, and I have room for 2-3 people in my car. I'll be headed back right after the tournament ends. Only deal is I'm gonna listen to NPR.

I thought there was a thread somewhere with the 2019 season schedule but I can’t seem to find it anywhere. I know I saw it at one point bc I remember Jailhouse is the same weekend as Salmonfest, but looking for other weekends in planning. Any guidance on the full schedule being posted anywhere?

Jeremy Boyd   May 14, 2019 at 5:55pm

It's posted on the ADGA page as well as the Alaska State PDGA coordinator page

Toni Osiecki   May 15, 2019 at 11:14pm

I knew I saw that somewhere, thank you!!

Jeremy Boyd    April 18, 2019 at 8:51pm

Justin is unable to make it tonight, but I've offered to run it for him. It will be at Peters Creek this evening at 6:30, and we'll be playing doubles as I don't have the info to calculate handicaps for everyone for singles play. Come on out and join us, I was at PC a few days back and it's playing fairly well. Hope to see you all there.

Anybody find my yellow 11 X Firebird on hole 16 yet?

Jeremy Boyd   April 19, 2019 at 3:54pm

There's no snow there. I would assume it's been found at this point. : (

Jonas Moser    April 10, 2019 at 7:15pm

I'd like to say thanks to Robin White for trimming the branches from the downed tree on hole 17 on Girdwood. The fairway is now more open... thanks Robin...

Hey joe I played 2 rounds yesterday it's playing awesome all the tees are clear but 11,16,17 still some snow.

Joe Caissie   March 27, 2019 at 6:53pm

Thanks! Compared to Davis and Westchester (snow everywhere but the tees), that sounds playable.

The cost is 40 and includes 2 discs , the Shootout , Clinic and a Q and A . He will set it up on his web page for sign up and payment so you can spread out the costs of the different events and it not be a big financial drain . So, States in August (2 day) 4 rounds and Alaska Open (2 day) 4 rounds (location)? Hopefully, August 3 or 10, for States.

Brady Malston   February 11, 2019 at 3:24pm

States will be in Nikiski, 2 days, 3 rounds and a final 9. August 10-11. Alaska Open’s courses are still TBD but it will be 4 rounds.

I would agree with Chad on using it at Kincaid, we use it periodically at Westchester, PC, and Davis Park, but Kincaid isn't considered one of our "winter" courses. The proximity of the course to the groomed trails and our agreement with Kincaid not to use the course officially in th ... more

Adam Klein   November 18, 2018 at 11:32pm

We have an agreement with the Nordic club that we do not have any organized events at Kincaid on the winter time. With weather being as warm as it has been out is easy to consider playing Kincaid

Adam Klein   November 18, 2018 at 11:33pm

However we honor our agreement and do not encourage play at Kincaid.
