“w/Felicia. Didn't know there was gonna be a few inches of snow and ice. Cut it short cause it was kind of miserable out there. Forehand is progressing very well and kept this round from falling apart. I'm happy with it considering the conditions though.”

“So, not a good round at all, though the ending was interesting. +2 from the shorts with only 1 birdie. +5 from the mids with only 2 birdies. Then somehow, -1 from the longs with 4 birdies, all parked, on 2,4,5,7. Not sure how I played the longs better than the other two sets, but whatever.”

“First full solo round in months. Had some really good drives but hole 7/8 and 16 messed me up pretty bad. A few easy putts missed as well. I really have to figure out how to drive on 7 and 8. I get a double or worse on those every time.”

“Not good. -3 with a bogie on reds, +1 whites, +6 blues. First round in a few days, warming up for Sunday. Dueced 6 for the first time from about 35' from the reds. OB from 2 and 8 blue tees.”

“This is easily one of the top 5 courses I've ever played. Very challenging, huge technical holes, great use of elevation changes, dangerous OB placements. It's got everything! I had a few good throws and a couple decent putts, mostly I was just taking in the gorgeous course. Again, can't wait to get back.”

“First time here. Absolutely beautiful course! Gotta play the longer layouts next time. Fun early afternoon round with G, Mucker, Sheldon and Daemon.”

“Fun round with Jay H., very inconsistent. Started with a 6 on 1, took a 6 on 9 as well with a re-tee due to a lost disc. Only birdies were two 40'+ hits. Somethings gotta give, this slump is lasting too long.”

“Started solo ran into Josh Barnett and a bunch of other Adrian locals on 4. This is much better than my last attempt from the blue tees. A few bad putts and a few bad drives otherwise it was solid.”

“Solo round. Couldn't do jack sh!t until hole 11. Finally warmed up and fought back below par so I'm happy with that at least. Best shot was a park job on 15.”

“Chewed up and spit out on the Monster. First time playing either longs or champ b's and took em on together. Lost a destroyer on D to the right of the green somewhere. Fun round and exhausting, my arm is a noodle now. Jeez.”

“First time on the longs. Much more interesting course. Felt pretty solid for the most part, had some rough putting. For a first time through I'm happy. Especially considering the following round.”

“Nothing great. Drives were fine, putting was garbage. Found my Yeti in the river though, more than a week after tossing it in.”

“First time here at Starr. Fun little course in the Royal Oak neighborhood. Plenty of easier technical shots with a few long holes thrown in. 9 and 18 closed off due to a play in the park (Henry V). First time being under par on a course for my initial run through, will do much better next time through. w/Pacific”

“First time playing Stoney Creek. Absolutely LOVE it! Sick course. Dropped the ball on a few of the shorties, but played the longer holes pretty solid. Pretty happy with this score being my first go at it. w/Pacific”

“Started off great, deuced 1 and 5 and was -2 after 6. Added 8 strokes on 7 and 8 and couldn't recover at all. Finished with easy pars on 16, 17 and 18. Still need a lot of work. w/Felicia”

“Nothin great. A few shanked up shots and missed easy putts that made all the difference. Potential is there, a few more rounds in and I should be able to get E or under soon. Still, cut 7 strokes off my last round and as it turns out, this is a PB from 28 longs. w/ Stratford”

“Not a stellar round, but a good time nonetheless. w/GLane New teepads for every white tee were a pleasant surprise! Crushed limestone with wooden borders, better than temps at Indy, but still a little awkward.”

“I shoulda just stayed at home. Windy, muggy, salty. 4 drives to get over the pond on 13. Gotta be a personal worst on this layout.”

“Second round of 24 today, this time with Cassidy. Why must you guys always skip the back extras? Grrr. Nothing really different here. Smoked the right tree just off the pad on 16 and saved par from there. Nice to feel a little consistency for once with two decent under par rounds back to back.”

I had a great idea of throwing a bunch of practice drives on 7 and 8 to try and figure them out, only to spend an hour searching for them all and leaving one behind. Birdie-free.”

Only problem is on hole 4, giant tree on the ground right in front of the tee making you throw through a four foot window right off the pad.”

“Good doubles round, partnered with someone named Matt that I just met. Both of us had some great putts, some great drives. Managed to save par on the shanked holes for no 4s. With Nick P(cali), Oid, and someone who's name I forgot. WINDY!”

“Took it easy to loosen up a pulled muscle. 50' jump putt on 2 for par. Barely missed 8 putts from inside the circle. :( Can't do that tomorrow.”

“First round since injuring my back a few weeks ago. Not a great round as a whole due to stiffness, but I felt ok. birdied 1,5,6,7,9,13. Fell apart in the last 6 due to darkness and mild stiffness kicking in. Felt good to be on the course again though, just in time for Church tomorrow.”

“Man, a triple on 10 was pathetic. Replayed the hole after the putt and parred. Whatever. Hit a 120' on two for a duece. That was the only real highlight of the day. Happy that I managed to be under par with a triple on the card.”

“Second round with with my buddy Cullen who is quite the rookie. He picked it up pretty well by the end and started parring everything. Hole 12 was OB hard left before open fairway. Long round and kinda windy but still fun getting a new arm out on the course.”

“3rd round of the day, played with Oubre, Jesse, Gabe and Joe Wylliard. Finally managed to stay inbounds the whole round but it was still lackluster. Threw my longest drive yet on two beating my second longest (from the round before) by about 20 feet, too bad the upshot sucked. Never shot so many pars in a row either.”

“Bad round. I was fighting back to even the whole time due to a lack of driving ability. I continue to over think 13 and get my disc wet. Hit a par save putt from the far side of OB on B as well as most every other putt from within 40. Still, that round was weak.”

First full round from the longs in a while, though we played 14 from the shorts.Hole 2 and three ob's killed me, obviously. 16 would have been a four regardless of ob though. I'm actually just happy I didn't drop into the pond from the long tee on 13.”

“Parked 4 with a huge forehand and hit a couple 40 footers. Hole 7 can suck it, lost a disc first time through and doubled it the second time! ugh. I almost had two bogey free rounds in a row if not for hole 7 from the long tee. Damn.”

“Lost disc on 7 had to drive again and parked it with a Buzz which is what I should have thrown in the first place. Why I threw an Ape I couldn't tell you.”

“I think this is right, 9 or 10 down. Doubles with Cassidy vs Dan Lee and Wade. Got schooled by 8 or 9 strokes even with them having a good 4-6 spit outs. I hit pin on A and we both hit a couple hard putts. Gary joined us for the back thirteen. Fun round for sure.”

“1-18 then 1, 4, 5, 6, 17, and 18. I was over par after 18 and I refuse to leave a course over par anymore, so I played six more holes and came out 1 under. Still not happy about it.”

“I think I made a personal best with 8 birdies today, too bad I almost made up for each one with a four. Soo many putts lately hitting the front of the basket.”

“One of these days I'll have a bogie free round here.”

“red then white then blue. I was 6 down in a bogie free round until 5 holes left. Then forgot how to throw. Needless to say I left the course in a worse mood than I was in upon arrival.”

“Finally getting comfortable with the course. It was a little windy but that actually helped me par 16. After losing two discs in a week to hole 7 I played it a little too safe.”

“Much better the second time through. Tried to play it safe on 14 with a buzz down the middle, still hit an early tree somehow. Nicked a tree on an upshot on 15. Aside from that I was much happier with this round. Hopefully I can string 2 of these together Sat. to beat the rest of the Am3 baggers and move on up to Am2.”
